As the thought of my name crossed my mind, I realized "I forgot" I slip aloud. Noticing my mistake, I glance towards the lady in a hurry. just to see, her eyes teary and sad "w- what happened to you" she asks wiping her cheeks as she turns away "ahem" she clears her throat "that was impolite of me" she turns to face me again, this time her eyes void of tears, but overflowing with pity. "just write whatever" I look away, my disgust for that look overwhelmed my tone, as I brushed her off "I'm tired, can you leave me alone" unable to look at her I stay looking out the closed blinds of the window. "... yeah" she states shutting the door behind her. "disgusting" I mutter "I'm disgusting so don't give me that look" my skin crawls at the mere memory of that place.

Moments of being in a setting of self pity, I notice the tray that nurse forgot to take. Staring at the empty used needle they used to inject a calming sedative in my IV, "what can I do with that" my thought slips seconds before the door clicks open again. looking away abruptly "I said I want to be alone" I snap "oh you did" hearing the hesitant tone I look back "I thought you left" I state blatantly annoyed "What happened" he steps in closing the door behind him "did Mara do something" he inches closer "No, I just wanna be left alone" I sigh clenching the thin hospital blanket "is that such a problem. as my eyes squeeze shut from the overwhelming anger and disgust that fills me, he suddenly clasps my hand "calm do-" "NO I- IM SORRY" I tremble "i I wont do it a again" my voice cracking, as he steps back. flashes of that place that man currupt my reality "don't.. I'm warm... please. I... I don't want to... " snapping the IV off my arm as my body begins to flail and struggle from the man in the memory. I unknowingly begin to seize.

...OUTSIDER POV...

"OH DAMNIT!" Harvey shouts "CAN I GET SOME HELP IN HERE" He rushes "Code blue on JANE DOE" He repeats "code blue on JANE DOE" he flattens the bed, attempting to listen to the nurse from before Mara, listing off her vitals, "CLEAR" he exclaims. but no change "CLEAR" but again no change "don't do this, you gotta live" he mutters recharging the paddles "CLEAR" beep deep beep deep "Vitals stabilizing" Mara states glancing back at Harvey.

storming out of the room, JANE DOE was just stabilized "what the happened Mara" Harvey questions as he approaches her "what? you're the one who was with the patient" she scoffs, as she views another patient's charts "I'm talking about when you kicked me out" he leans on the edge of the counter. "nothing, I asked her her name" she sets the chart down "she didn't remember" mara blabbers on "I didn't expect that answer and I asked what happened" she snickers "and yea I might have gotten emotional a bit but I'm okay no-" SLAM!!! Startled mara looks Harvey in the eye "what's the de-" his expression, his demeanor, all obviously omitting anger "why the hell would you ask her her name" he questions "she was comatose and had no iden-" "she was found in the woods in rags and covered from head to toe with injuries passed out" he continues "probably held captive, you think a name is her top concern" he slams the counter, storming off. "I-" Mara's eyes well up "I didn't know" she excuses "i- I'm sorry" she reaches "don't apologize to me" Harvey echoes "don't apologize at all" his expression full of disgust and distain. "it'll only make you feel better" he enters back into the patient room, that's occupied by JANE DOE. shutting the door quietly behind him. he leaves the entirety of the hospital staff utterly speechless.
