Episode 3- Destiny

I slowly ate my breakfast

chewing my cereal as if I have all the time in the world

"Honey, faster c'mon Alice will be here any minute

now" my mom says

I'm stalling I know, it's just that I don't know how to face him

just yet

Alice's car blared I pursed my lips and stayed in my sit

unmoving a few minutes later Alice burst through our doors

"Ash Jones get your but out of this house this

instance" she says looking anguish

then her eyes flickered to my mom's curious face Alice smiled

pleasantly "Good morning Sheila" she greeted

"Mornin' Alice," my mom said "Anything new?"

she asked Alice

Alice's eyes widen"New? I'll tell you what's new Ash here

just fou-" I cut her off by standing up and grabbed Alice's arm

"Bye mom" I hollered before dragging Alice out of the

house

"I can't believe you haven't told your mom yet" Alice

was saying while driving to school

"He told me not to tell anyone," I say Alice looked at

me eyebrows raised while shaking her head

"I don't get that guy," she says I shrugged and held my

breath as I got out of the car1

I stayed by my locker dreading English until I couldn't possibly

stall anymore because there are only a few minutes left before the class starts

almost everyone was there already including...him

My eyes flickered to the beautiful man at the back of the room

his eyes a pair of startling blue orbs his hair in its usual mess. Why does he

have to be so freaking gorgeous?

I was so deep in the drowning thoughts of him that I bumped into

Jake a guy with dozens of piercings a think coat of eyeliner under his eyes and

dyed green hair

my books fell and I dropped down to the floor to pick them up to my

cheeks turning crimson red "Sorry" I mumbled while taking a book jake

handed to me he just nodded examining his black-painted nails

I hurried to my chair I bit my lips as a shiver run through

me  I can feel eyes burning through me all throughout English I was

nervous stammering just by the thought of his eyes being on me

I sat in our usual table during lunch with Alice and Gabriel I

looked at the table in the middle where Alpha Xavier sat Jenna on his side he

caught my eye and winked at me as Jenns kiss his cheek

Hot burning pain coursing through my veins but I swallowed it down

clenching my fist under the table

Gabriel raised his eyebrows "My mate better not be like

him" he said since Gabriel's 18th birthday is next week is getting very

excited about meeting his mate

"Well I just have to wait for Beta Jordan's birthday the

day after tomorrow and I'll be claimed" Alice said dreamily have I

mentioned that Alice is head over heels over Beta  Jordan

"What does he see in Jenna any way?" he asked watching

Jenna kiss Alpha Xavier's neck lightly while Alpha Xavier talk with beta Jordan

"She's very pretty," I said looking at Jenna's red long

straight hair and amazing green eyes5

"and smart, and hot" I added with a look in her

slender tall frame her white a little above the knee sundress that hugs her

curves in a flattering but not obscene way

"and rich and-" Alice cut me off "Okay maybe she

is all that but your his mate you're both destined for each other"

I snorted and shook my head if only it was that easy Gabriel

squeezed my hand reassuring me "Well maybe we can share my hot greek god

of a mate when I meet him" he joked and I laughed slapping the back of his

head

I went to the library during my study hall examining books that

looked interesting enough when-

"Looking for something?" A voice asked I didn't have

to turn around to know who it is just by the shiver that ran through me I

already knew

"um..i..uh" I stammered like an idiot I turned around

his eyes were gleaming his angular face making my knees weak

he tilted his head a smirk playing on his lips "Yes?"

he asked

"I..um..w-" dang it what is wrong with me??

"pack your things I'll fetch you around seven," he says

with his deep voice

"huh?" was all that I could say  he rolled his

eyes and ran his fingers through his hair

"You. Are. Moving. To. My. House." he said slowly as

if I'm an idiot

"Later, love," he says slyly before heading out

I'm moving to his house. The alpha's. My mate.

Destiny is playing a joke on me...and

it's funny not in the least
