CHAPTER 1 "KATE"

For Kate, life in the

new City has been somewhat difficult, as a child she grew up in a small

county with not many inhabitants, where the predominant work is raising

animals and farming. But now that she had graduated from college, she

wanted to grow in the workplace, but never imagined that her life would

change so drastically.

It all started on a rainy day ...

It is 5:00 am and the alarm clock rings it is time to get up and

prepare things for work, today is one of the many rainy days that well

characterize the City, but for a young woman who has just graduated and

with two jobs with a minimum wage a rain can only present one more

problem.

Being a low-income girl, moving around in a city under a

rain without a vehicle and only a small umbrella is quite a challenge.

Once

breakfast is ready and everything is ready, Kate goes to work, she is

an assistant in a publishing house, but her dream is to become the best

editor in the City and thus help her family.- "Good morning Kate" - Magy

greets her friend and colleague enthusiastically.

Although Kate

nature, like a girl taken from a magazine cover can be her friend, she
