I greet you with great glee as I introduce you my situation.

I am... well I don't really know my name or my real age, but I know one thing...

Currently, my name is... Altus von Braun. Al is fine. I am a 5 year old SON of a MAFIA DON.

Or so I would like to introduce myself.

I am a... older woman? Who is currently stuck in a body of this young cute child.

I like to use Al as I'm having a hard time accepting my birth gender.

I am purely assuming that I was a girl in my past life as I have this great knowledge of women's nessesities. I was of great help to my mother as a young child.

I wasn't expecting her to die so early on though.

That is right.

To make the scene I'm currently in more clear.

I am a 5 year old reincarnation, whose mother passed away only recently. I don't know who my father is. I'm currently attending my dear mother's funeral.

I made such an introduction simply because my mother often said that my father was and still is special. She often spoke of him as if he was dead. Telling me how much my black hair and golden eyes looked so very much like his. How my mature and quiet demeanor and the fact I was as tall as a 3rd grader at the age of 5, made me extremely similar to him.

She would show me her silver shiny ring and tell me about my father every night before going to bed with her eyes shining like gems.

I cannot say I wasn't curious of my father.

Any man that a made a woman as beautiful as mother that man crazy must've been amazing.

But in the end, or rather soon after... my mother started to lose her shine.

It seems that I wasn't all that old and wise in my previous life, as I had no idea what was happening to my mother.

As I was about to turn 3... my mother's demeanor changed. She never hit me or yelled at me, so no I don't mean her personality. She just... suddenly became very sick.

She had a hard time waking up or just... breathing. Because of that she lost her job.

The only way my mother could earn money for us was by working as a hostess, but she loved her job. She was a strong drinker after all!

Because of her weak constitution and the fact that she had lost her job, she didn't really keep up her "beautiful hostess" act at home anymore either. She didn't shower or brush her teeth, didn't eat...

My beautiful mother had earned a lot of money from her job as a hostess. Having enough money kept us from getting separated. Thanks to that as well and her willingness to at least keep me, her son, alive she would but 10,000$ at the side for her every paycheck. Even the ones after she got fired. The child money, ALL of it was also put at the side just for my expenses. While mother spent the rest of hers on her medical bills and the basic foods we needed.

Due to her failing health, she ended up hiring a caretaker. Other then the night visits, I almost never saw my mother.

So you could say that Im feeling too much at the funeral right now.

I feel like crying, I truly do.

But I can't. Because this is a battlefield.

As you might have guessed, mother loved me enough to belittle herself.

She was a capable hostess but there's no way she was a top one. The club wouldn't have just let her go if she was.

The most her pay could have been was around 12k monthly. It seems a lot until you think about everything that I told you up until now.

My kind mother, gave all her money to me after she died. There is a will and it states and tells about all of the money that was put at the side for me as time went on.

Mother never spent anything from that. She never cared about money. So the amount just grew over the 5 years I have been alive. Not to mention mother's savings and her bank account. They are all full of money...

If I cry now... someone will claim me and my money with me.

As I'm the owner of the money.

So I can't cry. I can't show my sadness to anyone.

I don't want mother's hard earned money, to end up in the hands of my relatives, who never reached out their hand towards mother, towards me.
