“I’m afraid you can’t live here, if you can’t pay.” The lady says.

“WHAT??? You’re not actually kicking me out, are you?! You can’t, I can think of some way to pay!!” I yell.

“I’m sorry, you have twenty-four hours to move out of the property. If you don’t leave by then, I’m afraid you’ll be forcefully removed.” The lady explains. I close the door and lean against it. What am I gonna do? I have no money, no job, no house. Everything is going wrong in my life, my parents would be ashamed. I hope they’re not looking down upon me from heaven and getting angry with me. I’m sorry Mom and Dad! I’ll figure something out. Oh! I know, i’ll call Lilian! I pick up the phone and dial her number in.

“Yes?” Lilian answers the phone.

“Hi, can I meet you for coffee? I need to tell you about something.” I say glumly.

“Yeah, sure!” Lilian answers.

We meet at the coffee house and I tell her everything.

“That’s horrible!” Lilian exclaims.

“Yeah, so can I stay with you for a bit until I find a job and raise enough money for my own place?” I ask Lilian with puppy eyes.

“I mean, it’s a lot to ask for but, of course!” she approves.

“Thank you so much, Lil!” I say excitedly as I embrace her in a hug.

“Yeah, yeah. I know I’m the best.” Lilian says sarcastically.

“Now let’s go get your stuff out of your apartment.” Lilian continues.

“Ok!” I agree.

We box up all my stuff and move it to her place.

“This is gonna be your room.” Lilian says opening a door to a small room. It had a loft with stairs leading up to it. It had fairy lights on the wall, too.

“This used to be my roommates bedroom. Sorry if it’s to small.” Lilian apologized. I screamed in excitement. Lilian jumped.

“What?!” She asked.

“It’s perfect!” I yell. I look around.

“I’ve always wanted a bedroom like this!” I continue.

“Aww, it’s nothing.” Lilian says denying.

“No, actually! Thank you, Lil!” I say hugging her again.

“You’re welcome!” She says while smiling.

“Ok, i’m gonna go to bed. You have a big day tomorrow!” Lilian continues.

“What?” I ask.

“You have to look for jobs!” Lilian exclaims.

“Oh, right!” I say remembering. Lilian walks out, shaking her head.

“What am I gonna do with you?” She says while laughing. She turns off the light as I snuggle into my comfy bed. I turn and look out the huge window, the city looks so peaceful. I slowly close my eyes.

Meanwhile:

Chasen holds on to the edge of the windowsill, while ducking down into the view of the huge window.

“She looks so peaceful while she’s sleeping.” Chasen says smiling, while admiring Blaise’s neck. Blaise squints her eyes. Chasen lets go of the windowsill and ducts down.

“Strange, I swear I saw somebody.” I say confused, rubbing my eyes. I cautiously lay back down and go to my deep sleep. Chasen looks back up and smiles again.

“I can’t wait until I taste you and make you mine, little kitten.” Chasen then drops down into the dead of night.
