The Moon Goddess fell inlove with Endymion who was a great hunter and once a great king.

Zeus found out about their affair, Zeus sent the spirit of the Moon Goddess on earth and Zeus asked Cronus to put a time loop in her life, that whenever she was in some else's body as a white wolf, she would never find a true love and die and reborn again to meet the same tragic destiny.

And in exchange of that tragic love story, the werewolves will be saved from extinction.

On the other hand, Zeus made Endymion sleep for all eternity as a punishment for his affair with the Moom Goddess.

The Moon Goddes asked the moom for help to stop the tragic love story and to save the werewolves from extinction by someone; that there will come a time that a mated white wolf will travel to the past and will correct the mistakes.

The history wasn't very clear, nor the point. It makes no sense at all but she finds herself in a situation that was way too unrealistic. But who is she kidding? Werewolves and vampires do exist so a curse or whatvever you wanna call it can be possible after all, right?
