Chapter 3

It's Friday night and I have to finish all my plates because Clervin and I are going out to watch some movies at the cinema. The 4 of us are sitting on the carpet in the living room. We're busy making are assignments and projects. Sean and I are outlining our project which is making a building. Lucas is reading thick books about pharmacology. And Aella is doing something on her laptop.

Aella closed her laptop and shouted " I'm finished! " she smirked at us and showed her middle finger at us. We rolled our eyes at her.

" Oh, by the way, do you still remember the group of friends we met at laughs and beers?" She said while scrolling on her phone.

" Of course! " I said

" Yes! " Sean says

" Why? " Lucas asked

She looked at us and grin " You see, they are famous in their university " while arranging her hair using her fingers.

" How do you say so?" I asked while sketching some parts of my project. " Hey, Sean! give me that ruler over there!"

Sean raised his right eyebrow " You have a f*cking feet go get it yourself " Rolling his eyes at me. I glared at him. He laughs " Nah, just kidding, here!" while handing the ruler to me.

" Thanks, I love you! " I said winking at him

He smirked " I love you too" while blowing a kiss at me.

" What about me?" Lucas said pouting while crossing his arms. " Oh, come here. I'll kiss your cheek!" I said while poking my cheeks. Lucas crawls towards me and rubs his face on my left shoulder." Come here my baby" I said as I pat Lucas's head. "Your daddy will kiss you," I said laughing so hard.  Lucas is holding his laugh, and he did." Okay, daddy! "

Then I kissed his right cheek with sound. " You shit! That's disgusting " Rubbing his cheek with his clothes. The four of us started laughing.

" So, Aella what about them? ," I asked looking at her who recorded a video of me kissing Lucas's cheek.

" HEY, GIRL! DON'T POST THAT! I SWEAR IF YOU EVER POST  THAT I WILL- "

" You will what, Lucas? " with a grin on her face.

" I will... humph," he said pouting, and took his thick book and started reading again.

" You see, students there call them ' The Three Knights and the Princess ' cool right? " she said as she put her anti-rad glasses on her face and arrange them.

" Damn that was one of a heck cheesy names, you got there, " I say

Sean laughed " yeah, right "

Lucas smirked and furrowed his eyebrows. " That's...weird? "

" And their fans have a fun group. They are all sharing information about them, " Aella said as her voice grew bubbly

" Damn, that's scary," Lucas says

" How come we didn't know that they're famous? " Sean asked while resting his head on my shoulder. We're already done with making our project.

She rolled her eyes and say " Duh, of course, you don't! The three of you were not a fun of ' INTERNET' you look like an oldy who only uses phone when needed or convenient "

" Oh, you have a sharp tongue there, girl," Lucas says.

" Oh damn, that hurts! "  I replied, sobbing dramatically.

" I want to say something but it's true so I didn't," Sean said while playing with his soft curls.

Aella chuckles and says " Do you want to know more about them? "

" YES! " The three of us said in unison.

She smiled " Then, First is Clervin. He has ' LONG and BIG ' patience. He's an engineering major. Height is 189 cm. Likes sweets. And a good guy. "

The three of them looked at me with a weird smile. Yes, I told them that I kinda like him and we're going to the cinema tomorrow.

" Ahem...Ahem... So next is Elijah... " Aella says.

The three of us looked at Sean smirking. His face turned pinkish-red.

" He's an engineering major. Some of the people he had slept with say that when you're under him in bed you'll see a washboard abs view. His height is 189. And a good guy " Aella says as she scrolled down on her phone.

" I see, in the future, you'll see a good view in bed, Sean,"  I said looking at him with a smirk.

" Oh, will you just shut your mouth! I'm trying to maintain my feelings," He says as he covered his face with his palms.

The three of us giggled.

Aella tied his hair and says " Third, is Achilles..."

I saw Lucas stiffen. He took a sip of his milk.

Aella continues" Actually, all of them are engineering students. Achilles is a bit nerdy at school. The people who slept with him said that when it comes to bed he's a total wild beast..."

What she was about to say was cut off when Lucas spit his drink.

Our disgusted faces turned into a smirk when we realize what happen.

" That's sus, Lucas! " I say

" Damn, I thought no secrets here..." Sean dramatically sobs.

" Spill the tea, Lucas " Aella says as she smirked.

Lucas said the whole story and we chatted more then. We slept after an hour.

It's 9:30 in the morning. Clervin and I planned to meet at noon. He said that he'll just pick me up here at the house at 12 o'clock. So I cook a meal for our breakfast. And showered and I just wore a pink hoodie and black cotton shorts along with a black belt bag. To look like I was not that excited.

It's already 12 and Clervin is already here, I told him to wait because I forgot to take my credit card with me. He is wearing a black polo tucked in his black pants. Along with a silver Rolex. And now that I saw his face up close he also has a helix piercing. He looks expensive.

When I was about to go downstairs I heard my best friends asking Calvin some questions.

" Oi, do you love our best friend or not? " Lucas said with an intimidating voice.

"You better think of what you should answer or else..." Sean said with a threatening voice.

"Or else you'll regret it, " Aella says cracking her knuckles.

Clervin chuckles " Calm down guys I wouldn't take him to watch movies with me if I don't like him..." he stopped and smiled" and when I first met him he caught my attention"

I blushed as those words he said came out of his mouth. I like him, this is bad in a good way.

Sean, Lucas, and Aella looked at each other.

" Well, we guess you passed for now," Lucas said as he crossed his arms. And the two nod.

I walked toward them and asked " What are you guys doing to him? "

The three flinched and said " No, nothing. Enjoy your date! " in unison.

Clervin and I chuckled.

We are now inside the mall and talking about what movie should we watch.

" What do you want to watch romance or horror? " Clervin asked looking at me, smiling.

"Uhm... romance is fine " I replied as my voice grew bubbly.

He chuckled " Romance it is then " and replied and pinched my chicks.

I blushed and say " Then I'll buy the snacks. Wait for me at the food court"

He smiled " Okay..."

We are already inside the cinema Clervin and I sat in the back row seat. We put our drinks on the cup holder and Clervin's holding the bucket of popcorn. The movie started and Clervin put his left hand around my shoulder which made me blush. I can't see his face because its dark here that's why I just rest my head on his shoulder. We're already on the confrontation of the story where the female lead's boyfriend broke up with her because he fell out of love.

Tears started flowing into my eyes. And started asking myself did xander leave me because he fell out of love too? It's been three years why haven't I move on from him? I hate this. I hate this feeling I want to forget about him. God, why can't I? please give me a sign that I should forget him. And I felt Clervin's embrace get tighter and whispered

" Shh... It's fine baby. Don't cry, hmm? " He said and kissed my right cheek.

I nod and say " I'm sorry because I'm a bit emotional..."

" It's fine, I want to see every part of your emotions" he said, I could feel that he's smiling.

" Thank you" I said and kissed him. I felt that he was a bit shocked but he also kissed me back.

After a second, I break the kissed. And blushed on what I just did. I was carried away by my emotions. I felt that Clervin chuckled. And he whispered...

" Can I court you? "
