I’ve watched a lottt of movies with the same scenario like he loved her and his friend also loved her so they fought for her and honestly I think it’s dumb to fight with someone who was with you since foreve for a person you just met. But I haven’t loved anyone that way so I guess my opinion doesn’t really matter
