The Council terrified. They knew Cordelia is Umi's daughter but they never knew that she is a snake in the form of a Phoenix.

Luisa : For how long do you think you'll be here in this prison. You caged yourself in here.

Cordelia : Until you're dead. After you are dead, no one will stop me and I will be free.
