Chapter 4~friend or foe?

It's the break of dawn and everyone is laying dead from slumber, Kelvin wakes up and realizes Natasha leaning on the left side of his chest....he looks at her and smiles. "So cute", he thinks. And as he turns right he sees John's head leaning on his shoulder. "Seriously?", he gestures as he moves away his shoulder and John falls backwards on a concrete surface.

"Ooww! Dude!", he shouts frightening David who had Tina and Diana in both his arms, both leaning on his chest..." What?! Shoot them Kelv-!!!........ what'd you shout for dumbass?!!", he looks at John angrily as he has disturbed him of his quality time with the girls. The girls start laughing.

Meanwhile in space.....

"Mira!", calls out the sage.

"Sire!" Responds the general.

"Report".

"The interceptors were dispatched but unfortunately were intercepted by the mace pods of the Hurgedonian army. But at the moment we have a loss of three interceptors and the rest are hovering the Earth's atmosphere waiting for an opening ".

"Hmmm",the sage strokes his chin. "Were all those three interceptors left with no surviver?".

"None that we know of, but I suppose we could open up the central transmission receiver..... that will probably result in a loss of power from the mother ship". Stated the general as she puts up a worry face.

"It's not worth the risk.... We do not know whether or not the interceptors landed around the chosen one. We just have to wait". Suggested the sage.

At the moment Chiku and Gregory might have walked for 3 hours.

"Like hell! Why did we leave the jet thing?! We have been walking for edges", complains Chiku as they walk past the Castel factory.

"Would you quit yapping and keep walking?! We wouldn't have been here if it wasn't for your stupid ass face pretending to be......sigh just walk okay?", says Greg as exhausted as he could sound.

"At least let's rest for some minutes!", complains Chiku.

"Well .....that sounds reasonable ", Gregory sits down on a rock and looks at Chiku.

"What?", asks Chiku as he sits on the opposite side.

"Why do you guys hate each other?....I mean you and the chosen one?"

The question comes as a surprise to him as he looks down to think about it,"well that brat thinks he's better than anyone ".

Gregory takes a Lazer gun and points it at Chiku. "Don't move".

Chiku draws his head up only to be surprised at the weapon pointed at him,"holyfff!!!", "bang!bang!", the guns blows as Chiku falls backwards.

"I told you not to move stupid!", says Greg as he stands up to continue the journey.

"Am I dead?", asks Chiku as he looks up to the sky.

"Get your ass up and start walking stupid!", says Greg as he walks even faster.

Chiku gets up and feels the pain of losing his ear to the laser blast. "Damn,am sure I am hating this guy more than I hate Kelvin", he whispers to himself.

"I heard that!", says Gregory who is about a kilometer away.

"What the fff -! How?!!", asks the surprised Chiku with an overreacting outburst.

"I am an advanced human, what do you expect?".

"Woah, epic.......will I also advance if I live in space?",he whispers to himself again.

"Not in this life!", says Gregory as he keeps the distance between them growing.

"Hey! Wait for me you white skinned ape!!".

Gregory turns and looks at him,"a racist huh?",he says to himself. "Hah, good thing he's not the chosen one", he turns away and keeps walking.

Splash! Goes the water in a certain river as Kelvin and his mates swim about....

"Hey, John! Mind reaching me how to swim?", asks Sarah as she looks at John seductively.

"Hohoho-no!.....let me just find my pants first",replies John as gives a wide grin to her.

Tina looks at him in a disgusted manner,"eeewww, are you naked?!".

John looks at her,"hehehe..... maybe.... hehehe".

Sarah hits her forehead,"sigh..... forget it, I will get a tutor".

Everyone else in the river looks at her.....

"Oh, yeah.... there is a high probability that we are the only surviving humans", says Sarah while stroking her forehead.

"Speaking of which, what's the plan Kelvin?", asks David.

"Hmmm?", Kelvin looks at him.

"What? Did you not get the question?".

"Why are you asking me?".

"Because you are the leader".

"Since when?!".

"Since we realized that everything we do is ten times less helpful than anything you do", says David as he looks around,"am probably sure I am speaking for all of us".

"That's true", says Diana.

"I second that", says Natasha.

"Me too ", says Tina

"Me three!",shouts John.

"Sigh.... well you are the only handsome-ish guy who acts like a man around here ", says Sarah while looking at John,".......unlike someone I know".

"Hey! Don't put me in the same category as him!", says David angrily.

"Hahaha ", they laugh excluding John and David himself.

Kelvin floats in the water quietly and thinks as the others continue bickering about the river. Natasha swims close to him and sides with him in thoughts.

"Psst, didn't you say your sister was an annoying little brat? She seems quiet around him", whispers John to David.

"Hah, I guess he tamed her.....so mysterious this guy....and I haven't seen them talking to each other....I wonder how he did it". Says David as he looks at him in admiration.

David and John swim about their business, but Diana,who might have eavesdropped on them stood there wondering," what's so special about this guy?".

In Lilongwe, the Hurgedonian mother ship floats about the cities atmosphere, blasters killing innocents and missiles fired randomly at buildings...

In alien language:

"Master, we have found an active interceptor signal in the city known as Blantyre", reports Galanta to Kori'nh.

"Go and retrieve it! Bring me the passengers as well...dead or alive".

"Yes my Lord ". Galanta leaves the room.

Kori'nh stands from his commanders seat and walk over to the windshield of the mother ship.

"For decades I have been searching for you. I lost hope and decided to wipe out all humans from the face of the universe....but it appears, I have been blessed with the will of my ancestors.... for REVENGE!!!". Kori'nh's aggressive expression triggers a huge bound of morale in the hearts of his alien soldiers..... that is to say, if they have one.

A swarm of Mace pods and a legion of zoom bikes race their way to Blantyre.

At that time, Gregory and Chiku just penetrated the hills.

"Dude! I ..... ain't.....no...h-horse! We have been walking around and so far haven't seen anything alive! Can't we rest?!" Complains Chiku.

Greg looks back at him," I should have just executed you... you are a complete dead weight".

"At least I wouldn't have to drag my ass for an insignificant little brat who is overwhelmingly cocky ".

Greg walks back and slaps him. "Don't you dare ever insult Lord krypto again! You are just saying all this shit out of ignorance! Keep your opinions to yourself,lest you blame the advanced civilization for being merciless to you".

Chiku looks at him and crutches his fist as though he wants to punch back.

Ting!

"Holy Orb! I have found a feint electric signal around here ", he runs about the area. Chiku looks at him with a murderous intent and follows him.

They walk for about quarter an hour and finally they find broken phones.

"Who's phones are these?", asks Greg.

"Since when did I became the detective?", asked Chiku.

"Since when did you become Smart", Greg in a mocking way as he looks around.

Chiku looks at him with resentment and then he notices the K47 hanging on the side of Greg's belt.

"Haha I have found footsteps!",as Greg jumps in excitement, Chiku pushes him and pulls the K47 from him. As Greg lands, Chiku shoots at him giving off a fatal blow.

"Kuff-spit!...w-why...w-wh-cough...w-hy.?", Greg asks as he looks up at Chiku who point it weapon on Greg's forehead.

"None of your business ", bang! Greg dies.

Chiku looks up the hills..."am coming for you..."
