ch1 the actor

I live in a world where people can obtain superpowers, they are called heroes, however some choose to live selfishly, they are called villains, i am a villain, they nicknamed me "actor", because i can always adjust the way i think and act, making me very dangerous to those "heroes".

in that world where those without strong superpowers are seen as worthless, i was seen as a major threat, even though my power is mostly useless, i have the power to freely copy people, their own self is what i use against them, "if you know the enemy and know yourself, in a hundred battles you will never be in peril." is a quote that describes me perfectly.

however i am now in trouble, it seems that i have become too dangerous to those "hero" idiots, and the final battle is soon, on my playing field thankfully, but it does not look good for me.

after all, there are hundreds of people hunting me, and only one of me, that is why i had thought up a plan.

as i sat on a broken building in the ruins of a city, waiting for the final battle, i suddenly saw many lights appearing all around me.

"haa- talk about a flashy entrance." i sighed as i jumped down from the broken building, as soon as i landed the lights exploded, turning the ruins into a pile of debris.

"if you give up now we will at least spare your life!" a voice yelled loudly from outside of the broken city.

"no thanks, i prefer to either die here, or kill all of you." i answered.

"if that is what you want, everyone attack!" the voice said, followed by the sound of many people rushing forward.

bang! boom! crash! as the sound got closer, suddenly many explosions and other loud noises could be heard.

"do you like my welcome gifts?" i asked teasingly.

"everyone look out!" the voice continously warned the people that were about to step on my traps.

five minutes later there were no more traps left, and the heroes surrounded me.

"i thought there were more of you? maybe triple what you have now?" i asked in a calm voice.

"that is because of those traps of yours!" someone from the crowd yelled angrily.

"you came here to kill me, so you should be prepared to die." i shrugged.

after realizing that i could not be talked down, the heroes attacked.

i was like the last donut in the box, everyone wanted a piece of me, but i kept dodging every attack, every time i dodge i tap the attacker, not doing much, but it really upsets them, so i keep doing it.

i am not doing this for fun though, this is part of my plan, and my final chance.

finally, after tapping almost every hero, i can now begin my final plan.

"get ready." i say as i stand still letting the incoming attacks hit me.

this shocks the heroes and they stop attacking.

as i raise my hand and a red flare shoots from it to the sky, a loud rumbling could be heard, like a stampede of elephants rushing towards my location.

"what was that!?"

"since you guys are working together, why should i not call for help?"

"there is no one who would help someone like you!"

"correct! i am only the bait, you are the prey, and they are the hunters, and these hunters like me more than they like you."

as the incoming horde comes closer the heroes saw who they were.

"villains!" they realized that this was a trap, but it was too late.

then, a second battle started, not between the heroes and me, but between the heroes and villains.

as soon as the two sides clashed the heroes were at a disadvantage because of their lower numbers.

as i was running around tapping the last heroes i did not tap yet, suddenly while running i was surrounded by the heroes in the middle who had not joined the battle yet.

as i tapped the final hero i looked at the sky and said "it is time, now, i will kill you all!"

this made everyone look at me, but i did not care, i raised both my hands to the sky and unleashed my final skill, a skill that will kill both me, and everyone i came into contact with before activating it.

"implosion!" as i yelled this, my body started to hurt, when i looked around everyone fell to the ground unable to get up, they could never get back up, because what next shocked even me, their bodies broke apart, they were pushed into small shapes that look like scrunched up paper, and those shapes turned to dust, as the same slowly happened to me i closed my eyes and waited, for death to take me.
