Save Grandpa, Married His Grandson

Save Grandpa, Married His Grandson

Misterious Grandpa

"Oh my God, this time, I'm really going to get fired. Gosh. Late! Late!" Grumbling all the way a young girl was running along the sidewalks of the metropolitan city center. She is Thalia Tann.

Thalia is a girl who is friendly, cheerful, and very indifferent to her appearance. Always look natural and accept what God has given her.

Whether she realize it or not, Thalia has an ideal and beautiful body. Many people agree to that.

But what was the response?

Thalia never even responded, in her mind she was only concerned with her studies and part-time job to help support her mother's burden.

Her father died when she was still in junior high school. From then on, she grew into a strong girl.

An economics student is also the type of girl who doesn't give up easily with the situation she is facing.

Always trying to make the people around her happy. That's her, Thalia, a uniquely attractive person who hopes that one day she will find a happiness in her life. At least, also the love story.

The clock shows 7:20 p.m., about ten minutes to go to work. The workplace is still far away. Ten minutes is not enough time to make it through, even if she has to run as fast as an Olympic runner.

Along the way, don't know what words Thalia said, the point was to hope that she wouldn't be late for work again.

Again?

Yes again, there's not the first time she is late for work, it has been many times. It is not that she is not responsible for her work. After all she was just an ordinary human who wished to perfectly divide her time.

Studying during the day and working at night. During the day, she is a student at one of the top universities in her city, while at night, she is a part-time cafe waitress at an elite cafe in her city as well.

She kept on running, even though she knew it would be too late, but at least she has to try.

Better late than never? Come on, the old quote used to excuse one's inability to come to terms with time.

Does anyone dare to use this quote? Better to arrive earlier than on time.

That's really cool!

While on the way, suddenly Thalia heard a voice for help. The voice was very low and weakened with time. She felt a shivering down her body Between fear and worry too.

But also curious to know.

Out of curiosity, she looked for the source of the sound, and indeed, in front of her was an old man lying weakly.

The old man was lying on the sidewalk.

"Geez, Grandpa? Grandpa! Hey grandpa, wake up!" Thalia said panicked because she saw that Grandpa had passed out.

"..." The old man lay helplessly. Thalia could no longer hear a word coming out of the grandfather's mouth.

"Ouch, grandpa, wake up!" Thalia, who was shaking, tried to touch his body. She trembled even more when she found his hands turning red with a rancid smell.

"..."

"Gosh, blood? Grandpa, Grandpa! Oh God, please wake up, Grandpa! What should I do?" She continued, starting to get confused.

"..."

"How is it? Should I help him first, then leave for work?" Thalia thought hard.

"..."

"Ah... the atmosphere is quiet, I can pretend I don't see it, right? But, what if bad things happen to him? If he dies, then his ghost will come to me and make me responsible of his death because I didn't help him when he was alive? Ah, no-no, come on Thalia, you're still sane, right? Ok,lets help grandpa first, work later. At least I still have a heart."

Thalia decided to help the old man. The old man who she never knew. She called an ambulance and luckily the hospital was not far from the scene.

Prime Hospital.

"Wait outside, Miss! We'll try to help him." Said a nurse.

Thalia could only nod and the nurse immediately closed the operating room door.

The operating room light is ON.

Thalia sat on the waiting chair and prayed for Grandpa's safety. Even though she didn't knew him, the worry was clearly visible on her face.

Thalia tried to calm herself down. What she had just experienced had never crossed her mind that one day she would have an experience like this.

Meet a mysterious stabbed grandpa?

This is very scary, her heart began beating wildly. She was nervous, she was worried. What if something bad happened to the old man?

How does his family will feel? Wouldn't that be very sad? Left to go to work, came home just a name.

Thalia lowered her head, she even tightened her fists and said a prayer again so that the grandfather she was helping was safe.

"God, I know all I've been doing all time is just begging and begging. By taking away my pride, with a mountain of sin, please save the life of that grandfather."

Thalia remembers that she never knew about her biological grandfather. Is she getting carried away right now, then that was the truth. Maybe this is what it feels like to have a grandfather? It can be considered like that. But the point is, whatever Thalia is doing right now is purely for the sake of humanity.

***

About half an hour, a nurse came out with a panicked face.

"How is grandpa?" Thalia asked.

"We need type A blood, the patient is bleeding a lot. Unfortunately we are out of stock for that group. Is Miss his family?" Nurse asked.

"I'm not his family, but take my blood! My blood type is also A." Thalia offered without thinking. All she hoped was that the grandfather who was badly stabbed survived and recovered so that the family waiting at home would not worry.

"Okay, let's go to the laboratory for the blood donation procedure! We don't have much time."

Thalia nodded and followed the nurse into the laboratory.

After following the blood donation procedure, her body felt very weak. She must rest so that her condition is stable. It's natural for blood donors, the important thing is that the old grandfather's life is safe. At least that's what she had in mind.

"How's it going, Doc?" Thalia asked after receiving the news that the grandfather's operation was a success.

The doctor smiled. "Thanks to blood, your grandfather survived. Now he is asleep from the drugs." Answer Doctor.

"Hah, thank goodness grandpa survived. Relieved." Thalia breathed a sigh of relief. "Actually he's not my grandfather. I'm just helping him."

"Hmm, apparently there is still love in the midst of the selfishness of big city."

"Ah, thanks, Doc." The doctor nodded and left Thalia.

After that, apparently she remembered something.

"Gosh! Cafe?" She was patting forehead. "It's more than nine o'clock at night. It's not only late, it's too late!" She continued who immediately went to the cafe where he worked. She hoped she wouldn't be fired.
