Alvin Young is Thalia's best friend and ex-lover. They decided to end their high school relationship.

At first it was Thalia who asked end their relationship, Alvin didn't have that intention. Whatever happens, he doesn't want to break up with Thalia. Alvin is a medical student. He also Thalia's senior. Even though he and Thalia have different majors, it doesn't matter to him. In fact, the difference in social status that is very far from Thalia has never been a problem for him.
