Night of Choice

The night arrived too quickly.

The moon hung unnaturally low, glowing crimson as if the sky itself was watching Shirin. The wind howled through the Spellman woods, bending trees in a silent bow toward the Church of Night.

Deep midnight had come.

Shirin stood alone in her room, dressed in a black ceremonial gown Mikela had laid out earlier. Symbols glowed faintly along the fabric, reacting to her presence. The seal placed on her as a child pulsed beneath her skin—as if it knew tonight mattered.

Her black cat 🐆 circled her feet restlessly, eyes glowing brighter than usual.

“Something is wrong,” Shirin whispered.

A sudden knock echoed.

Ambrose entered quietly.

“You feel it too, don’t you?” he asked.

Shirin nodded.

“This baptism… it’s not normal.”

Before Ambrose could respond, the air inside the room shifted. Candles extinguished at once. Shadows stretched unnaturally across the walls.

Then—

A voice, ancient and calm, echoed inside Shirin’s mind, not her ears.

Daughter of witch and demon…

Bearer of sealed ruin…

Omega unawakened…

Shirin dropped to her knees, clutching her head.

Ambrose shouted, “GET OUT OF HER MIND!”

But the voice continued.

You were never meant to kneel.

They fear what you are.

Faustus seeks to bind you… but the seal is breaking.

Outside, thunder cracked without clouds.

Ambrose stared in horror.

“No… this can’t be happening already.”

Shirin looked up at him, eyes briefly flashing gold and black.

“What am I?” she asked, trembling.

Before he could answer, bells rang from the Church of Night—slow, heavy, final.

The baptism had begun.

Far away, Reverend Faustus Blackwood stood before the altar, smiling as the Book of the Beast opened by itself, pages flipping until they stopped—

On a page that already bore a name.

Not written in ink.

But in blood-red flame.

Faustus whispered,

“So… the prophecy was true.”

Back at the Spellman house, the seal on Shirin’s power cracked.

And something ancient stirred awake.

Blood Moon Interruption

The Church of Night was alive.

Black candles lined the stone altar, flames bending inward as if bowing. The Book of the Beast lay open, hovering above the altar, its pages whispering ancient names.

Witches filled the hall, cloaked in shadow.

At the center stood Reverend Faustus Blackwood, arms raised.

“Tonight,” he proclaimed,

“the blood of Elshama Spellman returns to its rightful master.”

Shirin was led forward.

Chains of shadow wrapped loosely around her wrists—not binding, but inviting. The seal beneath her skin burned hotter with every step.

Ambrose stood behind her, tense.

Faustus extended a blade—not of steel, but of dark energy.

“Speak your name, child.”

Before Shirin could answer—

A howl tore through the night.

Not one.

Many.

The church doors exploded open, slamming against the walls.

Smoke poured in.

Yellow eyes glowed from the darkness.

The Werewolves Had Arrived

Leading them was a massive figure—

ALPHA KAEL IRONFANG,

scarred, silver-eyed, wearing ancient wolf armor.

“STEP AWAY FROM THE GIRL,” Kael growled.

“She is forbidden blood.”

Gasps filled the hall.

Faustus sneered.

“You dare enter sacred ground?”

Kael replied coldly,

“She is not yours to claim. Her existence violates the old pact.”

Before Faustus could respond—

A gunshot echoed.

Silver smoke filled the air.

The Witch Hunters

From the broken balcony descended armed figures dressed in dark leather.

At their front—

CAPTAIN ELIAS ROWE, leader of the Order of Ash.

Beside him, hooded and frozen in shock—

RODRICK.

Shirin’s heart stopped.

Rodrick stared at her.

“Shirin…?” he whispered.

Elias raised his weapon.

“All witches stand down. The girl comes with us.”

The church erupted into chaos.

Witches chanting.

Werewolves snarling.

Hunters advancing.

Faustus shouted,

“PROTECT THE BOOK!”

In that moment—

The seal shattered.

Not fully.

Just enough.

A shockwave burst from Shirin, throwing everyone back.

The candles turned white-hot gold.

Shirin rose into the air, eyes glowing—not red, not black—but void-gold, ancient and unreadable.

Her voice echoed layered, not entirely hers.

“I am not demon.”

“I am not witch.”

“I am not yours.”

Kael dropped to one knee.

Faustus staggered back in fear.

Elias lowered his weapon slowly.

“What… is she?”

The Book of the Beast slammed shut on its own.

A symbol burned into the cover—

⚡ OMEGA SIGIL ⚡

Ambrose whispered in horror and awe,

“The prophecy didn’t lie…”

Shirin looked at Rodrick—tears forming.

“I never wanted this.”

The church roof cracked as the blood moon split the clouds.

And from beyond the veil, something ancient watched her awaken.

To be continued…
