Episode 1: The beginning of life

Since my mother passed away, father turning himself into someone new. The person i couldn’t even recognize sometimes. Isn’t because he’s being absurd and indefinitely won’t accept the reality, more likely, he became a person who push everything at the limits. He used to be a soft and calm person to interact with. Even, less arguments of anything it happens. But now, those things are gone. He runs the companh wildly like a mafia boss. His rage was flaming like hellfire nonstop. I had once of father’s employee that came to me. They said, father losing himself like he wasn’t the kind of the person back in days. He often to pressed all his employees without giving ang break or to breath out. He often to angered himself when something isn’t as he asked for. So i was wondering, what could’ve been wrong? Indeed, father and I sharing the same grief. We both had a hard time to cope out all the pain. I think, father is just won’t let reality slide him down once again. Sigh. Poor father. I couldn’t lend any help much too. But anyway.

My name is Oh Jun-Han. People used to call me Jun-Han. Besides, I’m not that really care what people call me. As long as it doesn’t offensive, it should be fine. I’m also a student in Hang-Kook University. Currently working on my fourth semester and second year. Also taking Fashion Designer major. Well, i took this major due to my mother honestly. But, not entirely because of her. I do love designing likewise. Watching fashion show, read all the history, taking part here and there. So many things comes up. So i wouldn’t blame myself if i need to struggle on the way out of getting this degree.

Speaking of the devil, I’m on my day off which is free from schedule but somehow, there’s someone i need to see right now. Not what i need, but this person force me to. Sigh. Well, I couldn’t say no either. He’s friend of mine, also childhood memories. We’ve been this close since that day, up until now, we often to spare our time to spend the quality together. Don’t get me wrong, I just want to make sure the friendship is going well between he and me. I don’t like cutting off a dearest person. So, in many way, perhaps this is one of the best way to reach out out friendship long lasting. Although, he’s a public figure and much more well-known in country. He’s a star anyway.

“Hey, sorry for being late. Geez, never knee it would be this bad!” He appeara from nowhere under the rain. He looks a bit soak but entirely fine.

“It doesn’t matter. What matter is you’re soaked. Let’s get some change first.” I reach out his hand as i drag him to the room. Speaking of the devil, we’re in my aunty’s house. I got charge to look after the house as the leave about two or three days. While i couldn’t go out and got my free time. I invited him over. Yet, i feel bad he still got soaked.

“Hang on, but you don’t have my size.” He wonders in seconds.

”I do. I have plenty of your size since we’re always share items.” He doesn’t know that i keep several of his clothes. How funny.

”ah, well, that’s a nice of you.” He chuckles as i keep dragging him to the room.

”of course I am. I’m the nicest person ever exist!” Well, it sounds i may too exaggerate the fact but okay.

He keeps chuckling until we are on the room. I ask him to get himself clean first, while I prepare his clothes. I open up my bag and take out the clothes slowly. I heard something fell of from inside the bag and it sounds quite loud. What is it though? I take a look on the floor, and found something like a stone-a-like.

“What, is this..?” I took an little bit closer and saw it went shining. Is it a diamond? Is it a jewelry? Why it looks so shiny?

When i heard a door knob cackling, i realize i haven’t hand over the clothes to him. I quickly put down the stone, and immediately run over to the door.

“Here’s your clothes! Sorry, i had time to give you.” Suddenly, he opens the door with his outstanding looks. With his shimmering gym-body. Good shape of his muscle. Wearing the towel to cover his lower part and how tall he is. My eyes are mesmerized until i turn my face into red like a tomato. He tilts his head as he wonders whats wrong with me. Then he chuckles once again.

“Thanks for the clothes.” Ended with a smiles.

”A- Anytime..!” I immediately look away and throw all my embarrassment away. How did i get blush from just looking at him?!? Sigh. . . This is way beyond my control. Seriously

Ten minutes later, after he finished himself with changing. He comes to the living room as where i am. He sit down beside me comfortably as he enjoy the TV together.

“Hows your work lately?” I ask.

”Nothing special. Even my coach seems outta touch.” He answers calmly.

”Coach? Why? Is he went holiday?”

”Nah, I don’t think so.” Hmm. That’s a bit questioning though. He used to hype when talking about his Athlete career. He’s not only cherish his coach, but he embrace them as family. But the way he talks right now, is soundly different.

“Are you sure he’s okay?”

”Honestly i don’t know. I might just stop being athlete.”

”Eh? Isn’t being an Athlete is your dream?” Before he answer me again and again. He moves himself to lie down. He usually lie down on the other way round, instead, he lay his head on my lap. While looking at me he begins his words again.

“Yes. Nonetheless, i’m happy with what i am now. Being an actor and athlete at the same time. Aren’t bad at all.” He comforts himself that he certain with his choices. Regardless being curious, i’m also glad to hear of what he says. He seems more independent and more focused on what he has. It feels strange somehow. When he does this to me, it feels like. . . My heart skipped a beat. I want to know why. And also, it’s my reflex to stroke his hair gently as he gets himsef relax on my lap. What. . . Kind of this feeling?
