Some newbie has walked in, cracked Alex’s ribs and became B rank in a space of 20 minutes. This. Is. Unprecedented.

Ji-ho was in just as big as a frenzy as half the guild - who would’ve thought he would be that strong!? There he was, hoping for Atleast above F, what stupidity. If God were watching he’d be chuckling, B rank? That’s absolutely nothing

It was always quiet for ji-ho, he was not special in anyway shape or form. He received mediocre grades and was generally an ordinary guy, the only thing he wasn’t ordinary in was his looks - his hair was always slightly better than everyone’s, his nose always sharper and his jaw always cleaner. However, this meant nothing because he was dry. He would always stare at his phone reading novels and never interacting, people always avoided hun

However at this moment in time he did not care. He was the centre, and he was the B rank newbie. This was his break - and he could make it big. He generally thought God had punished him, for he was ungrateful in life, however it was the opposite. God saw something in him and transferred him here, so he’d be damned if he didn’t make use of it

He thinks, regretting show boating now.

He had always been clueless, those countless piercing eyes staring at him reading couldn’t break his shield; the shield of cluelessness. He was not taught common sense - nor bothered to care to learn, it was always novels, I guess that’s why he was ignored...

As he walks back, shoulders and head down trying to avoid attention, he notices something in the corner of his eye.

It was killing intent - from a back alley 10 metres away. But yet again, his cluelessness doesn’t clock it. Why did god choose this man? Who would ever know...

About 100 metres from the guild he is pushed by a passer by into a sharp narrow street, abandoned by the many when more roads were built. It looked like a hotspot for criminals, even without evidence nor prior knowledge, it just gives off that feel; you know?

Walking around trying to find his way out - having lost Dae in the crowd it was pointless.

“Wasn’t she the city guard captain!?” He says aloud, not expected the sneer from his rear.

*wait, did someone just... laugh?*

He managed to think, not for long, as an arow shoots out towards his shoulder

“WHAT”

He says, shocked he only got away with a scrape, although bewildered because he was just attacked

Four men, one archer, two swordsmen and one thief stood out - killing intent pouring out like a pipe leak, not even trying to hide it

*oh fu....*
