Chapter 2

Next Day

 When i woke up in the morning ,the first thing that i noticed out of my window was thick fog.It was beautiful, of course ,i admit....something i was familiar with.....before the 8th grade i use visit here more often with my family.

i got up from my bed and went to the bathroom to clean myself. I looked at my face in the mirror as i brushed through my tangled hair. Facing my pallid reflection in the mirror, i was forced to admit that everything was fine.But inside there was a panic, a nervousness...

Then i went downstairs where Charlie and Mary were having their breakfast ."Good morning, Jane"-- they wished me.Then shera came.After i wished them i took my seat."So,Jane did you have a good sleep last night?"- shera asked." yeah" - i replied. Then we exchanged some comments on the weather.when shera and i finished our breakfast we went to our rooms, to get ready .

i was wearing a olive green t-shirt with a black overcoat. I was ivory skinned with blue eyes and brown hair.I was always been slender, but somehow soft. Obviously not a good athlete.And Olympic campus was famous for it's sports.

"Good luck, girls"- aunty wished.Yeah! luck ,that was something i really needed. Good luck tended to avoid me.

Charlie dropped us at the campus gate. Olympic college of port angeles, it's looked like a collection of matching buildings in maroon coloured.It was covered with trees and shurbs ,really too green. It was a college of five hundred seventy six students only.Shera was in the Accountancy 2nd year and i was in Biological Anthropology (1st year).

Charlie told me to submit the papers to the dean so i went to the dean's office first.Shera helped me to find it and then she left for her classes.

I took a deep breath before opening the door.I took a glance inside, there was already someone who was talking to the dean. I didn't heard clearly but i couldn't tell that he was in a bad mood.I was standing behind the door,almost 7 steps back from him,so i was not able to see his face. The thing that i noticed that he was tall with a sharp but melting voice.

"Excuse me ,may i come in?"- i asked.

"We will talk about it later, you may leave now"- i heard that the dean told him.

"come in"- dean ordered ."okay,i leave now" - that person said and turned towards me.I looked at him.Such an alluring face!.It was just like a trap from where no one can escape. I made a eye contact with him and he smiled. I looked down and he left the room. That was so fast that i thought that smile was just my illusion.

"Miss Jane summer"-asked the dean.with a "yes" i submitted those papers ,it was a short process.After checking my papers he gave me a slip, a student card and a routine of my classes.
