THE CROWN PRINCE'S DECISION..

The event ended and everyone invited was anxiously waiting for only one thing...who will be the princess? the wife of the crown prince of Aerin, the wife of..me..

Heck, not just them even my whole family was having high expectations on whom I would choose since it could either strengthen the kingdom or weaken it. I would either make a every good choice or.. a very bad one.

The tension in the room was quite visible, and everyone started becoming more and more impatient

And the only thing I could think about was...THAT WOMAN...

Her beautiful and lustrous long brown hair, her shiny golden eyes and her beautiful smile sh- she was all I could think about at that moment, no one else but her..

"I have made my decision" I announced to the people. The voice echoed throughout the room and everyone shifted their attention towards me..like I wasn't already nervous enough...

But anyways I stood tall and declared "the woman who I will be marrying in the future is Sophia".

I glanced at my family to see their reactions and found them smiling at me, I was relieved that I did not disappoint them and I was glad that I chose her to be my wife...

the most probable reason for this was that the Elizabeth family holds a lot of the military power even outside our kingdom..but more importantly..

I slowly turned my head to see her reaction and....she was shocked..

Huh shocked, I thought we were already making up plans for our entire future together in our head while dancing like i don't know about her but i was!!...

Anyways *fakecoughs* got a little carried away....

I noticed my father coming closer to me and announcing -

"Sophia Elizabeth, the young lady of the Elizabeth family, pls come up to the stage"

my heart started beating faster as I saw her coming up the stairs..

She bowed and said "I'm extremely honoured to be selected to be his royal highness's future wife, I thank you for that your royal highness"

And as usual my father gave a fatherly laugh and said that she was a very humble and polite woman and expressed that he was also satisfied with my choice ( well of course she is great) and with this the event actually and finally came to an end and everyone although disappointed, still bowed and took their leave.

Meanwhile on the other side....

the crown prince actually chose ME!?! like what!!....am I still dreaming and enjoying the awesome dream that I apparently told Maria about!? because this certainly doesn't seem real!!.....and on top of that why am I in the same room as the crown prince ? ALONE!!!

and just when all these thoughts were going on in my head, his royal highness asked if I was not happy about his decisions.....

ayo what..?...r u kidding me why does he think I would not like this !?!?? huh!!?

but of course, camly I said "of course not, I am extremely grateful to be your wife- I mean future wife..."

he smirked an- HE SMIRKED!! (that's my weakness btw)... anyways, and assured me that he would treat me well and told me about how he felt during our dance..

we both said at the same time looking stunned at each other and laughed it off..

we started getting comfortable with each other and talked for about 20 mins...or perhaps 30? maybe 40.. uhh....yea we talked for a long time

and not just the crown prince, I also talked with his family and he talked with mine, this went on for a while and we even stayed for dinner..

like can u imagine sitting and eating at the same table with the literal royal family !?! (yeah I know u can't :)..)

we had our delicious dinner and went home

While laying on my bed I told Maria all about my feelings that I felt towards the crown prince while we were dancing and etc. Which was surprisingly quite similar to what the prince felt as he had told me about it earlier, and I couldn't stop thinking about HIM all night...

I mean to think that this morning I dreamt of just having fun at the palace and not expecting anything from anyone to now actually becoming the soon-to-be crown princess......*sighs* ...a lot can happen in just a day I guess...

and hence we should always cherish each day because u never know what will happen next.....
