chapter 3

Mia's p.o.v

I woke up on casey's bed beside her. I didnt go home yesterday and I dont have clothes to wear for school today, but one thing made me smile ava was back to normal but something was a bit different in her hair, usualher hair is brown but it had a strand of white. I jumped out of the bed and woke ava up.i didnt want to frightening her so I skiped the topic.

"ava, lets get ready its almost time for school" I told her

"u woke me up like it is just the first day of high school.  its the 2nd week." ava replied as she stood up to look at her self in the mirror

"Wow, I am back to my normal self but why is there a strand of white in my hair. I can't remember dying it." ava shouted

"lets just get ready, I hear there are new students coming today" I smiled skipping a topic

"I hope they are girls" ava giggled We both entered into the shower bathe and brushed our teeth.

" ava, can I borrow ur clothes. I dont have any" I asked

"you can, but I hope u would like my style of clothes" ava replied i couldn't do anything, I had to manage her clothes like that. picked out a blue shorts and an off shoulder top while she picked juggers and crop top. She let her hair loose from the bun, so I could curl it and I packed my hair into pony tail. I kinda like thwhite strand in her hair it fits her perfectly.  We were thourgh before tylor called us downstairs  

Ava's p.o.v

I liked the white strand but I had to find out how it was in my hair, since I don't remember dying it. I think its part of the werewolf thing. Maybe I will call betty after school today. We went downstairs quickly to grab breakfast but as soon as mom saw it she was suprised but tylor kinda liked the style.

"did u dye ur hair, ava" mom asked

"no, I didn't. I saw this morning when I woke up but I like it" I replied

"it fits u perfectly" mia and tylor both said

"I think its part of the werewolf thingy, you just have to get used to it" mia said

"yeah, mum I think I shouldn't go to school today. I am dangerous" I said

"no, u aren't.  u are still my baby girl" mom said

"my sister isnt dangerous, u r dangerously cute" tylor said. I love my brother so much , he understands me in every way. Can u belive that he broke up with the only girl he liked because I didnt like her. He is the best brother in the world.

"u have to come to school,ava. Who will I talk to, who will I cry to at school" mia added

"I love u guys so much" I said

"we love u too" they all said

"mom I am going to be late today, I have to meet Betty.  to know more about my self and how to control my powers" I said

"Ok, be careful. I think mia and tylor should accompany you there" mom told me

"ok, now lets go to school" tylor said as we all ran out of the house. The ride to school wasn't that long, i was happy we got to school cos the silence in that car was killing me. The first class was about to start that means I and mia had to get to class but I couldnt see tylor until break cos we didnt have the same subjects today. As soon as we both got to our seats, peter and lily approached me. I knew it was to talk about the party or my hair but I wasn't concerned about that.

"hey ava, am sorry we couldn't make it to ur birthday." peter said "its fine,  it was kinda spectacular. " I replied

"so we got u this instead" peter gave me a necklace.

"thank u, I love it" I replied and wore it

"see u guys later" mia said and they both left

The four of us stayed in my room till the party was over, I think the guest left cos as soon as we got downstairs no one was there. But I loved my birthday. As soon as we sat down, the chemistry teacher.  I couldn't learn her name, so I just call her the chemistry teacher.  her name is a bit long and crooked. Wat kind of name is mrs valedeligiza, but one thing I like about her is that she could teach and explain. But today she didnt teach she brought a new exchange student to class, I was kinda suprised. "Students, today teachers wont be teaching becos we have an important meeting today, but you guys have a new exchange student" the chemistry teacher said.

That means I can see tylor today, its good that today is a free day. Am kinda liking highschool already.my focus wasnt on the new guy but to see betty today.

"hey guys, my name is xander Reid" the guy said. Seriously, this 3 popular girls can't get more stupid, they already like the guy and they are behavinlike he is an idol or something. I remember wen they saw tylor and Alex, they couldn't stop fighting over both of them. But now since xander has arrived they don't have to share anymore. 3 popular boys and 3 girls. It make sense right. As soon as the teacher left the whole class gathered around xander except u know, I and mia. So we left the class to meet tylor but lucky us we met him coming our way. I think he was worried abt his little sis. We are both in high school but he 1 year older than me which is a good thing. Dont u think?

"tylor, we just coming to meet u" mia said

"I wanted to tell u guys something" tylor said "am having football practice today, can you wait till am through, so we can all meet betty."

"okay" I replied"will u come to my class"

"okay, am bored of mine. I heard u guys have an exchange student today" tylor said as we walked to class

"yeah and all the girls are all over him" I replied

"he is kinda hot, u know"mia added

"nah, not to me" I giggled We finally got to class , xander already had a seat partner. He sat next to Eliza; she is one of the popular girls in school. She is even the most popular out of the 3. I think she likes him cos her focus was just on him. As soon as tylor came in with us some group of girls kept gathering him, so we just sat down and kept looking at him dealing his problem. It was kind of funny, as soon as I laughed there was a frown on his face. Tylor does not really like people laugh at him but it was just too funny even mia couldn't stop laughing. Its good that my brother is popular, it fits him. He became friends with xander quickly even before lunch time.

Finally it was lunchtime, I was really eager to eat, I was just very hungry. Maybe cos am a werewolf and human both stomachs need to be full. I ate so much that mia was stunned. But I was really thirsty. Mia gave me the eyes that she wasn't going to stand up to get me a drink, so I had to. The vending machine is broken so it was taking forever to get the drink but I was happy becausei was the only one getting a drink from that vending machine. I finally got my drink, I was too thristy I opened it as soon as I got it but I wasn't really paying attention to where I was walking I suddenly tripped, lost my balance but I didnt feel pain and I felt someone hands around my waist. I opened my eyes and saw it was xander. He kept lookimg at me.

"hmmm" I coughed and he left my waist .

Suddenly I remembered my drink, but it wasn't in my hand anymore, it was on the floor. I looked at my sweet drink that spilled on the floor, I forgot that xander was waiting for a thank you.

"I just saved ur life and all u could do was look at ur drink" xander said

"I didn't ask u to save me, also my life wasn't in danger.if I fell I would just hurt my butt but I will still have my drink" I shot back "seriously,  I was expecting u to say something different" xander said

"like what" I asked looking at him

"thank u or something" he replied

"Ok, thank u." I said sarcastically.

My only drink, I looked at it one more time then I went back to sit with mia. I felt like crying, I wished I could go get more but that vending machine is broken and now there is a long line there. I wish the school would replace it but they think its wastage of human resources.

"wat was that about?" mia asked

"you saw that?" I asked

"yes, including the whole set" mia replied

"I got this for u instead" xander approached us and he was holding 5 of the same drink that spilled

"thank you" mia replied

"I didn't ask u to get these for me" I told him

"I guess I felt like getting it for u" xander said" do u want them?" "hmm" I said

"I guess I should take them back" he smirked

"I didn't say I won't drink them" I smiled

" u r cute when smile" he said" what is ur name"

"am mia and this is....."mia replied but I stepped on her toes

"am xander, u are" he asked me

"my name is none of your business" I replied

"I dont think I have ever heard a name called "none of your business" also the name doesn't fit u, so I will u a name that only me can call u; fuzzy"

"isnt that the name of the drink?" I said

"yes, since u love it so much. I think it fits u perfectly, don't you think so mia?" he asked

"yeah" she giggled  

I was so happy that lunch was over and also about my drink that means 1 more period till school is over.I still had to wait for tylor but am sure he won't take time. Its just practice. School was finally over and tylor texted us to meet him at the football field. I hope its just practice not a match. As soon as we both got to the field, he was training and to my surprise xander was also there. I think I should thank him for the drink, I was a bit harsh, right?. I should talk to him after practice, they are getting ready for thier practice. But we weren't the only girls that came to watch them, they were much.  

"mia, I think we should go sit"i told her

"yeah, standing is making my leg ache" mia replied and we looked for a free seat and sat down.

I hope this doesn't take long, I was really getting uneasy. Maybe because am curious to find out more about myself. Thier practice was taking forever to start cos they had some warmup exercises to do. So I stood up to walk around. I atleast saw tylor, he seemed really happy for his practical. I didn't want to disturb him, so I just walked and looked around. I thought maybe I would find xander to thank him but the minute I spotted him, he was in the midst of a group a girls. I should have looked there right, that just skipped my mind that now xander is the most popular guy in school. So there us a likely hood, girls will always be around him. So I turned back, I was just about to walk away; I suddenly heard the nick name he called me at lunchtime, so I stopped but didn't turn back.

"fuzzy" xander shouted from behind. Before I could walk away, his fingers were on my left shoulder.  I just turned and looked at him.

"are u looking for someone" he asked

"hmm, I was but I think I changed my mind" I replied

"were u looking for me?" he smirked

"yes, hmm no, yes, I wanted to tell u thank u for the drinks" I told him

"u r well come" he smiled

"it looks like u were busy, bye" I said

"am not, do u want to watch me practice" he asked

"ok, I will stay by the bench beside mia" I replied and left.
