Ava p.o.v

After we talked I went back to sit with mia but it didn't seem like she noticed that I left her main focus was on tylor. Mia has this huge crush on tylor since we were little, I wish I could tell him but I promised her I wouldn't. I shouldn't have made that promise with her dont u think?. I wish tylor could figure out by himself. But the swam of girls following him is impossible for him to think. He was actually doing great with his practice and that made mia to smile, also xander wasn't too bad on the team, for a new commer. I guess he must be a good player to have entered the team quickly because coah bilsky does not just put people on his team. Its was really hard for tylor to be the team captain.

Few mins later thier practice was over, I was really trilled it was because I was getting bored of it. As soon as tylor ran to his bag I stood up and grabbed his arm

"Tylor, u promised it wont take long" I whinned

"Am sorry it did, were u bored" he asked

"Yes, I was. But I loved watching u practice today" I replied and he put his hand on my hair and made it in a messy form. Mia stood up as soon as tylor was set.

I couldn't really talk to xander but I gave him a thumbs up from afar, since I think we are friends now.

As soon as we started driving tylor called betty number and she gave us her address but it seems like it was not what I was expecting.

"Tylor, are u sure this is the place" mia asked, as we all started at a little hut, it looked damaged a little by rain or something. It wasn't really beside the forest as I thought it would be, it was far away from it. The grounds were muddy. Tylor parked the car far from the house, so that the car wont get stuck in the mud, so we had to walk there

We got to the door of the hut, it looked broken, I just pushed it and we all entered. I was a bit scared cos every where was dark. As we walked a little distance more I saw a woman sitting on an old rugged chair. That must be betty, I think? I came closer and she said my name. That gave me assurance that it was her.

She stood up and told us to sit. The chair wasn't really comfortable but we had to manage it.

She came closer to me and checked my hair, I think it was different than she expected. I decided to break the weird look at me.

"I woke up and found it white" I said

"Does it mean anything?" Tylor asked

"Yeah, she is fully a were wolf. That white strand of hair helps her to go to the forest. Its a path or link way between both worlds. I think that is how ur mum was able to see ur father." Betty replied

"Human can go to the forest, right" I asked. I guess I was curious. I think I have heard a proverb that the curious something gets the something. I know, I stink in poetry. I domt really pay attention to what the class is about. We have english so I dont really know the essence of poetry.

"Yes, but there is a pathway they can't enter" betty replied. It was getting late already, we got up anc headed home.

We dropped mia at her house and went to ours.

To my surprise, mum wasn't back home. So it was only tylor and I. I just went upstairs checked my phone and saw I had a message from mia.

New message

From mia

Mia: am bored, u online?

I: I am also, mum isn't at home am stuck with tylor

Mia: so wats up with u and xander

I: nothing at all

Mia: I saw u guys at the field today and I also saw when u gave him a thumbs up

I: are u a stalker or something

Mia: no, am ur best friend

I: seriously, there is nothing up with us. What about u and tylor.

Mia: wat? Tylor?

I: just tell him how u feel

Mia: I can't like my best friend's brother, am sure he doesn't like me too

I: u can't be too sure

Mia: I will tell him later, maybe soon or something

I: ok

After the chat with mia, I just fell asleep. I couldn't wait for mum any longer.
