How it started

This will only be two chapter. Please don't leave hate comments, saying I'm mocking the people who go through this. How could I? I too had went through this. Yes, this story is telling you about my life during this period of time, and how I felt. I hope you learn through the story and most importantly, enjoy it!

Once there was a 6 year old child named Emma, she had brown shoulder length hair and green eyes. She lived with her older brother Tom, who had brown short hair and brown eyes, her mom, Jane, who had black hair and brown eyes and biological father Bob, he had brown hair and green eyes. Her father was an alcoholic; when he left for work he came home very late hours.

One day, they heard talk about Bob cheating on Jane with Mavis, this made her mother angry at the people who made up those stories, little did she know it was true. When Jane dropped Emma to school, she decided to go a little shopping.

She drove to her favorite store, Fancy Shoppers. Jane then thought she would get something nice for Bob, and with that she skipped to the men section. She saw something she couldn't believe, but deep down in her heart knew it was true, she saw the man who proposed to her, kissing another woman.

She ran out the store filled with angry and sadness. When Jane got home she just sat on the chair wondering what she could do, she wasn't educated, and had no money what so ever but then it hit her, she knew what to do but this made her a little sad, she would of miss all of he friends terribly. Hours passed and Emma finally reached home, she was saddened to see her mother in such a state "what's wrong mother?" She asked, when her mother noticed her, she fixed her sad facial expression it became a fake happy one as she said "Oh, it's nothing dear. Come, you must be hungry." Emma studied her mom's movement as she walked to the kitchen.

Bob returned home 6am the next day. Jane woke up seeing him sitting on the couch watching TV "Why didn't you come home yesterday, and why where you in the store kissing that woman?!" Jane tried her best not to shout. Bob looked at her in a bored expression and said "None of your business" then turned back at the TV. "What do you mean it's not my business?! I have a right to know, Now tell me Bob Ronald Alex Winst-" when she was about to finish, the man punched her in the stomach, coursing her to fall face first to the ground, when Jane was about to get up, Bob sat on her back "watch your tongue woman!" He smacked her behind her head, she moaned in pain.

Emma rushed out her room along with Tom to see their father hitting their mother "DAD STOP!" Tom ran to his mother's aid. Suddenly Jane's phone began to ring, Bob looked at it and read the name "WHO THE HELL IS HENRY?!" He throw the phone out the window. "Dad please stop..it's only mother's cousin.." Emma lied she knew it was wrong to lie but she couldn't bear to see her mother keep getting abused. "I never heard of him before" he said. Tom caught on quickly "He's from America, he hardly calls because he's really busy." Bob just nodded and left the house. "This is the last time he hits me, we're leaving." Jane got the car keys then they left. "Where are we going mom?" Tom ask "At your new father's house!" She said happily for the rest on the ride they kept quiet.

Soon the arrived at a gray mansion. Jane got out the car followed by her two children, they saw a tall man with brown hair and blue eyes walked towards them "Good Night, I'm Henry, it's nice to meet you Emma, Tom, your mother told me so much about you!" He said in a voice of joy. Emma thought she was finally going to get a father...
