Chapter 4 - Phosphenes

Third person's POV

Sweven run fast as he can to where Jackson and the girl is then after a few minutes at last he saw them with the man in his vision. They are already shouting at each other, bickering about things involving the girl they loved. Sweven then came closer to them to stopped them from arguing. "JACKSON!" Sweven called out. "what are you doing here? Jackson asked but before Sweven asnwer, the man madly said "why are you cutin with us?" As he stared at them.

"Sweven don't get involved here this is my problem you better leave" Frost insisted pushing Sweven on the side. "Baby I don't really like this man please help me!!" The girl uttered. As expected she was beaten up by the man she love that's why she's getting back at Jackson again because Jackson is much more better than her boyfriend but it's too late for that, she doesn't deserved Jackdon anymore, She seriously made a wrong decision in dumping Jackson, Sweven had in mind.

The man forcefully pulled the girl away because of the words came out from her mouth which at that point Sweven was prepared on what will happen. The man suddenly pull out his gun from his jacket and at the same time Sweven quickly grabbed it from him. They fight into snatching the gun away from each other and began to raise it up, no one is willing to unhold the gun they are holding. It's hard for Sweven to take away the gun because he didn't want the people on the street to get hurt until the man accidentally pulled the trigger and shoot from above, the people where shocked at that point while

Sweven is struggling to get the gun away, Frost seems to know what he is supposed to do, he quickly went behind the man's back and wrapped his arms into the man's neck tighly.

"Let go of it or you might die here!" Jackson warned the man while there's so many people watching on the street.

The man couldn't do anything but agreed because he will be out of breathe in any minute that's why he let go his gripped on the gun and gave it to Sweven. Frost then let go of him, he was about to run away but the police luckily came right in time and arrested him with Sweven, Jackson and the girl then they went on the police station.

"Okay you three can now go home" The police on the counter said.

"What will happened to my boyfriend then?!" The girl worriedly asked. "Let see he has possession of firearms and domestic violence filed by her ex-live in partners so obviously his going to prison" The police answered. "Why do you still care about him? He beat you up Zoe?!" Jackson uttered.

"This is all your fault!" The girl frowned then suddenly walked away. "Hey! Zoe! Talk to me first! Sweven let's talk later I'm gonna get Zoe" Jackson said as he run to talked to his ex- girlfriend.

"His girlfriend is a chick but kind of dumb in a way" The police drawled and looked at Sweven. "She doesn't seriously love him" Swevem uttered. "You got a girlfriend?" The police asked.

"No, to be single is much better than to be in a relationship which is much worser" Sweven jokingly answered. "Yeah! You got it right kid! hahaha! " The police man laughed in joy. "Sweven! you're still here I heard the commotion on the street" Inspector West called out while he walked towards Sweven. "Yeah" Sweben simply said. "You're really unlucky you got into this police station every month" Inspector West said who is a calm, handsome and tall police guy which literally why some people would fall in love with him at first sight despite of his age and their age. He is also Charley's son, the mayor in town.

"I guess me and the police station have a ill-fated relationship"

Sweven uttered as Inspector West sniggered "Atleast you don't get hurt". " oh! By the way Inspector my Mom loves visitors except you so she told me that you don't have to pay a visit on our home anymore" Sweven said to the Inspector as he patted his shoulders and leave the police station without letting the inspector to reply back.

"Strange kid huh!" the police on the counter said to the inspector. "You're right" The inspector agreed. "And his getting gloomier day by day too" The police added. "Yeah...his not looking like his dad too" The inspector replied while

Sweven saw Jackson standing alone outside the police station while looking down on the ground. He quickly then went towards him and pat his right shoulder as he saw a hand mark on Jackson cheeks which is really red.

"You got slapped?" Sweven asked.

"Whatcha think bruh?" Jackson replied in a question too.

Jackson was about to cry but his stopping himself to do it that's why Sweven uttered "You should cry if it's worth it" and added

"I'm gonna get you a taxi then cry on it okay?" Sweven said then called a taxi. "I ain't gonna cry in the broad daylight bruh" Jackson uttered while Sweven looked at him with smirk "You said that but you're almost sobbing looked at your face!". " You! You looked at your face! Don't smirk like that. you looked scary" Jackson warned Sweven in a jokingly way.

While everyone went home from school, Belle is busy removing her poster which is scrabbled in drawings on the hallway of the school. Next week Belle will perform a solo infront of many people on the stadium because it's the anniversary of their school and not only that their will be many games and activities to do too. As Belle removed the poster one by one she was shocked when Linsey suddenly came beside her and removed the posters too. "What are looking at?" Linsey asked to Belle who gasped because she couldn't open her mouth to talk to Linsey. "Are you now being shy?" She again when Belle unexpectedly replied to her "Thank...you. I appreciated ate it. For this one and for last time" She muttered inder her breathe.

"Well I have too open my ears wide because of you but don't say thank you to me. This is just how I said SORRY when I couldn't do nothing to stopped Blossom and her friends to bully you" Linsey uttered as she looked at Belle's hand clenching tightly on her skirt. "I know. Their are your friends afterall" Belle slowly sais. "Thus aren't my friends. There business partners. I have to get along with them even if my dad is the superior of their dads" Linsey honestly blurted out. "Can I asked you...why are you doing this now? Last time....you secretly gave bandage, you gave me additional books to read too" Belle stood up to question Linsey's act of kindness. Bele she couldn't trust a person anymore because of her past experience which was betrayal because of jealousy.

"You smiled cheerfully" Linsey answered her honestly. "What do you mean by that?" Belle asked. "I thought your pretty weak and always have that serious face but then I see you with your older sister. She dropped you everyday from school right? You smiled and really looked happy but when you stepped into that gate you change like a total loser like me so I kind of relate to your situation" Linsey explained. "Linsey. It's not that I'm weak I just don't want trouble" Belle looked directly to Linsey with confidence on herself. "Your wrong. Your still weak" Linsey suddenly blocked Belle's confidence causing her to be in shocked. "But---" Belle was about to say something when Linsey cutted her words and said "I'm weak too so no need to be worry. Oh! Blossom and her friends are coming bye then!".

Linsey without saying anymore walked away after there conversation as Vanessa which Linsey called Blossom and her friends who is Amanda and Rachel run towards her.

" Linsey! Wait for us!" Vanessa called out while Belle think further of her complicated self, she's totally right I'm wrong, she had in mind. Sweven just went home after the incident involving Jackson and of course Madame Celine thanked him for being with Jackson's side again but she's still worried at the same time because of Sweven. "Your early today" Reverie uttered who's watching movies on the television. "Yeah. What about business?" Sweven asked because Reverie is early today too. "I have employees and Anne is their too" Reverie replied.

"Anne your girlfriend? I thought you guys are going to move and live with each other today" Sweven said."Yeah but today is not the day so we haven't decided yet" Reverie uttered not sure about what she is saying. "But you guys have plans right?" Sweven reassured Reverie. "Yeah but then why are you so eager?" Reverie asked jokingly. "I'm not excited that your moving house anytime. I'm just asking if it's gonna be okay?" Sweven asked again as Reverie nodded with a smile.

While everything for the mean time is going fine on the Grandeur's mansion a chaotic situation or rather person have arrived infront of the servants, He was the head of the family, Alexander Grandeur. The servants made sure that everything seems to be perfect in the eyes of their Master as he walked on the long carpet with his bodyguards behind him and up to the stairs where the wide kitchen is in one of the doors. Their Master named Alexander Grandeur sat down so elegantly on his expensive red chair infront of his two children who is Sealzicrane (Linsey) Grandeur and Sean Benedict Grandeur.

The magnificent and delicious food are served everywhere in the long table even if the three can't consume this feast. "How's school?" Alexander asked his children as he slice in half his favorite beef steak. "It stays at the same place as usual" Linsey answered causing her older brother Sean to chuckled.

Alexander frowned as he gaze at Sean "Mind your manners" He uttered. "Sorry Father. I will reply in behalf of my adorable sister instead. She's doing great...as always she's in the second of her class as for me still number 1 and at the same time working at the company" Sean spoke the truth then looked at Linsey while eating the salad. "Father why have you come today? Aren't you busy?" Linsey suddenly asked. "I was checking if everything is fine" He replied. After that the three never spoke to each other again and mind their own business like they are living apart and having their own worlds.

The usual scene in a rich family it is-----The grandeur who owns several hotels in the country and restaurant in some part of the worlds is a successful business company but how did they end up being lonely despite their wealth? Well it was a mystery...a question that only they can answer.

Linsey stared at the sunset on her balcony and asked unexpectedly asked her butler again "Which one do you prefer Butler Ben the sunrise or sunset?". "Well I think the sunrise" The butler honestly answered. "Why?" She asked again. "Because when I see the sunrise I always felt like there's still tomorrow and a new hope" The butler replied. "So you're saying when you see the sunset there's like no tomorrow that's way to absurd" Linsey looked at Butler Benjamin with a suspicious face.

"Of course not my lady. We have are on likings afterall" The butler denied. "And it's up to you to if your serious or not. Butler Ben I wanna say something to you, This is just gonnabe between us. You see I somehow don't feel lonely anymore" Linsey muttered and Butler Ben thought it was great but unnecessarily at the same time.

ON THE NEXT DAY

Linsey then go to school even if she doesn't want to, she have no choice to listen and be friends with those spoiled rich brats because their parents are some of her father's business partners and some are just really rich people. Expensive and flamboyant as always they tend to look like that but Linsey is just different she doesn't need make-up, jewerly, ornament or any expensive things, she has beauty and that's enough."Belle âme Debussy she's seriously irritating" Vanessa said. "Indeed she is. Trying to outsmart Linsey as if she's rich" Amanda agreed. They are discussing or maybe gossiping about matters or maybe Belle again in one table with me and it's so suffocating indeed, Linsey thinking in her mind.

"Being smart and rich is totally different Vanessa so why don't we just eat peacefully to have a peaceful community" Linsey then gazed at Belle and continue to eat after that she went to the bathroom without her friends tailing around her. When Linsey finished, she then washed her hands and left the bathroom as she saw her schoolmates running outside hurriedly "Hey! What's the commotion?" She called out.

"Vanessa and her friends are talking to Belle...wait you're one of them right?" The boy asked. "No, I'm not" She replied amd run outside to the garden.

Linsey then saw Vanessa and Belle tweaking each other's hair as some people try to stopped them."Seriously they didn't even make effort or force to stop those two at ones" Linsey muttered as she went down to the stairs, She's been thinking of what to do at this point whether she will stop this situation or just let Belle handle it. It's her first time seeinh Belle handling this situation okay but this is going to far, she had in mind. Amanda and Rachel then join the group, helping each other to hurt Belle while their schoolmates stopped as they just watch the fight without calling the teachers.

"Hey! Girls!!!" Linsey shouted as they all suddenly stopped while she came towards them. "Raise your right hand if you want to shut your mouth up and if not, raise your left hand so that I can escort you to the principal office" Linsey loudly said as she looked at them. They all raised their right hands that's why the students who are enjoying the show left excluding the four trouble makers."Linsey! Belle started it she was the one who slapped me first. Look at this hand mark on my cheek it hurts!" Vanessa madly said. "Seriously I really had enough of you spoiled brats----", "Linsey! Slap my right cheek so that you live in peace and aegis your friends " Belle cutted Linsey's word and offer her something crazy which totally shocked Linsey in her mind.

"Linsey's hand is not worth it on your cheeks Belle" Vanessa frowned. Obviously Linsey can't do it but in her mind if she didn't do it what would happened in their relationship not that Linsey is scared, she's just thinking of the business relationship she had with those girls. "Linsey do it" Belle looked at Linsey. Linsey then came closer to Belle and have decided to slap her but she have a plan to not hurt Belle. At that point Linsey raised her hand and was about to slapped Belle but someone suddenly grabbed her arms and muttered "Put down your tiny hand or I'll kill you" Linsey was startled as she raised her chin up, she realized that the voice who just scarily muttered is familiar then saw the man who she truly want to meet again,

it was Sweven.

"Sweven" She whispered putting down her hands below. "What's with that messy hair?! Are this girls the one who bully you?" Sweven loudly said. "It's fine let's go" Belle replied as she pulled his brother away with her hands. "Is that her boyfriend? His kinda scary?" Rachel mumbled behind. Linsey still can't believed it there's so many question coming from her mind such as what's their relationship? Why did Sweven come here? Did he just misunderstood me? -----And somehow she's indeed jealous of what happened "He hold her hands while she pulled him, I pulled him before but he never clang into my hands".
