~The Notification~ (Prologue)

I look at the fan spinning on the ceiling, with bags under my eyes.

I was clearly tired, why can't I just sleep? I kept complaining to my friends that I was about to pass out but all of a sudden, my body hit the bed, the sleepiness was gone.

I wanna sleep but I also can't? The urge to sleep is there but somehow I just can't sleep, no matter how long I close my eyes, no matter how much sheep I counted, no matter how long I wait for my drowsiness to come and hit me, it just doesn't happen.

Suddenly, a notification came onto my phone. I looked at it and saw that the game I have been waiting for has been released!

Typical fantasy title, I know it, you know it, anyone reading this knows it.

But I like playing such typical fantasy games, these games ARE MY BLOOD! MY WILL TO LIVE! MY GOD! MY LOVE!

Okay, maybe not as exaggerated as I said but these games have been a part of my life since I was five-years-old?

Ehhh..., around that age.

Anyways, Little Heart Academy is a visual novel game where people and monsters come and learn to be cupids.

I downloaded the game and looked at the loading screen. After some time, I was met with the cover of the game and started the game.

The screen suddenly went black.

“Huh? Oh come on… why did you suddenly crash now?.. Ugh, now I have to reset you.”

But before I could reset it, a blinding white light burst from my phone.

I closed my eyes out of instinct, but I mean come on! You are in a dark room and all of a sudden some blinding light comes out, of course I'm gonna close my eyes!!!!!

I opened my eyes and started adjusting to the surrounding light, it was so damn bright… Did mama find out that I was staying up late and turned on the lights?

I looked around at my surroundings, I opened my eyes wide in shock.. It turned out I was in a completely new place?!?!!?
