chapter 2: Gorgeous newcomer popularity

How did I end up in this situation, right now, beside me, was the gorgeous girl, her figure attracted all the attention of the class, the boys were cursing my luck, and glaring at me with killing intern, I new my life would stop if I tried speaking to her, so all I could do was to curse the universe for my ill luck. I was the only person in class without a bench partner, for reason concerning Mr Augustin temper, so the teacher send her and even asked me to be her guide and show her the school campus during break.

The class lessons continued, but my bench was still the center of attention. At the end of the lesson, we received instructions by the principal, warning us to avoid roaming around at night and go back home, in case we see any suspicious person call the police, the instructions were summarize and explicit for all students to comprehend, but as I turned my head, I could hear Billy and his group planning to organize a party and we're planning to invite the newcomer.

Billy approach our bench and glared at me, I stood up with a bitter expression, I had to avoid the trashing reminder, so I left my sit and headed for the roof, since it was break, I could go there, on the roof, the sky was my only friend, the perfect sentence a loner would say.

Eventually, I did not complain to much, in fact I was happy, Billy and his crew had totally forgotten about me today. Crossing the school gate, I had the feeling of being observed, so I looked behind me, I did not see anybody nor anything, looking up, I saw a silhouette inside our class, the person stood there looking down, I had the feeling, he or she was directly looking at me, the sun light made it difficult to identify the person, so I tried to figure out the identity, but soon abandoned an left the person to be.

"I hope aunt Nora left food in the refrigerator for me, I am starving"

These days, my aunt has been staying at work, she had to solve cases concerning a series of murder happening recently in town, she must be under pressure now, but who is this person going around killing people and mutilating peoples faces? he must be crazy. Arriving home, I threw my bag on the floor, headed for the kitchen, open the fridge, took out a soda and emptied it, throwing the cans in the trash can, and finally landing on my bed and slowly close my eyes and slept.

After an hour of sleep, I woke up refresh and energizes, living my room and going down the stairs, I made lunch and sat on the sofa and ate while watching TV news.

All the victimes had the killers signature, as said by Sergeant Nora, all of them had a serious deformation of their facial figure, and we're barely recognizable, their faces were turn to shreds, which made it hard to announce the news to their respective families"]

Listening to the ending sound of the news, I got testy and lunge for the fridge, opening the fridge and searching for a soda, I realized that the stock of soda was finished, I had drank the last cans, violently closing the fridge, I saw a memo of aunt Nora on the fridge.

/"Darling! the soda drinks are running off, go buy some at the grocery store, thank you darling# PS your lovely and pretty aunt"/

Nodding and cursing her at the same time for her childish attitude at home, she showed a different face at work. Not living me any choice to retaliate, I wore my shoes and headed to the store, it did not take me no less than five minutes to arrive there and buy the stuff, on my way home, I took a short cut in other to arrive home, since it was already dark outside and they roads and alleys were empty.

Tood!...Tood!..crack!!?, The alley I took as shortcut brought me to the old pack, my aunt's house was behind the old pack, so usually, instead of going all round to reach the house, I would cut through the pack and arrive home fast, this was an emergency short used in extreme situation, in case I was chased by Billy and his gang.

Crack!...crush!!?, I did all to ignore the mysterious sound that was occurring each time I went further inside the pack, accelerating my footsteps, the sound was becoming louder, and I came to and abrupt stop before turning my back and hiding myself near a broken and dilapidated carbine, looking forward at what was happening far in front, I could not believe my eyes.

"what the hell is going on here!!?"

Hearing the creepy laugh and the action she was doing, the kitchen knife going up and down, the reddish liquid spreading around at each ****** of her movement, and the lifeless body on the ground with the destroyed face, receiving all the ******.

Almost throwing up, my body became cold and started sweating, fear took over me, constantly swallowing my saliva, and feeling testy, difficulty to breath, I had to calm down or I might faint here, and that would be the end.

Turning back, in other to observe the scene, she had long time finished her devilish act and was gasping for air, which shows all the energy she must have used to destroy the person's facial figure, she woke up and disappeared inside the bushes, from there I left my hide out and smoothly went closer to the lifeless body, seeing it closer was more terrifying than I had expected, making sure not to throw up, and avoiding living a mark or something, I crossed the body, why moving backwards I observed the scenery in case she appeared, arriving at the end of the park, I thought I had succeeded in escaping this place, but my hairs stood up, and a chill took over my body, someone was behind me, turning my head, I saw the short knife approaching my head, but she should not underestimate the talent of someone who was always beaten, my reflects grow larger, and I could see attacks coming at me and could easily deflect them, but she was extremely fast, the knife passed and left a scratch on my cheeks, without any second thought, I threw the soda package on her face, which did not miss her, she might have not recognize me because it was dark, but I new the identity of this person, backing away in pain, she did not look quite happy, and in the dark her eyes were shining coldly towards me, I took that as an opportunity and exited the park, from afar I could see my house, so without any slide hesitation I ran and covered the distance as fast as possible, opening the door and locking it fast, I made sure all the entrance were closed before looking outside only to see nobody.

Exhausted and gasping for air, I was relieved that she did not follow me, but when I thought everything was alright, I heard a sound outside, peeping from the window.

"Holy shit!!..."

She was there, she was looking around, she was searching for me, she was with her knife and had an anxious expression, later she stared at my place which freaked me out and forcing me to hide and pray for her to go, which she did after searching around.

I could not longer close my eyes for the night, daybreak broke out and I realized that I had fallen asleep throw out the night, thinking I had to go to school and meet her there, fear could only take over my body.

In class, she open the door and entered the class, her first reaction was to scan everybody, due to her popularity of prettiest, people asked her what happened to her head.

"Alice what happened? Did you have an accident "

"Ah!?, no!! nothing special, I felt this morning when having my bath."

"Hooo!!, My my!..with your sexy and attractive figure how I wish I was there to see you"

"True!!, let's all go outing during the weekend girls"
