Chapter 4: HOLLOW KNIGHT (1)

As usual the library was dark and creepy, they air inside the library was always dense and cold, and the ventilators inside the library were all set to max cold, I had to double cloths in other to resist thee cold, rumors of the Liberian setting the ventilator in the library in other to preserve corpses were circulating around shool, even the teachers hardly set foot in this creepy place.

"Ahhh...shuuu!!....Too cold inside here, is the Liberian trying to freeze people?"

This was my second hide out in case I wanted to avoid the gaze of my so called classmates. I was sitting as usual in my normal sit, located near the window so I could observe the outside environment, it was usually peaceful, but this time, it was different, opposite sit of the table facing me, a pile of books were there, and behind the pile, someone was seriously swallowing cupcakes while passing through all the books, she had pink hairs and a round and cute face, her body was not really comparable with that of Alice but she was beautiful and attractive but her way of eating made her look like an elementary school child which gave a more cute attitude, I could only blush each time I saw her bitting the cupcakes with her soft and pink lips.

"Soo!...I am your partner in the class assignment is that right?"

Bitting a mouth full of cupcake, she answered me but her eyes were looking inside her book.

"Huml!..Hum!"

Swallowing the cupcake in her mouth she continued, lifting up her finger and taking a serious face.

"We were all given assignment because, they teacher's are all busy with the police right now. Did you know that a body was discovered this morning, and apparently is our delegate Sonia Jefferson!"

"Really!?"

"True!, the are investigating the case right now, the Forensic department are actually analysing the crime scene right now!"

"What killed her!?"

Bitting another cupcake, she looked out the window and continued.

"They say, she was stab to death on her face, but before that she received numerous fractures and her skull was seriously fractured, but the cause of her death was the mutilation of her face, can you believe that!"

"That's quite savage......"

".......!?"

"What!?"

"Your reaction is not quite what I had expected..."

"Ha!?, what are you talking about, I am quite shock, the murderer most be a devil"

"Hmm....Okay!, As I was saying the crime scene had a lot of distruction making it difficult to collect evidence and......"

Listening to her voice fading away in my head, and ignoring her, I turn my head head and faced the window, from here I could see countless police cars, ambulance, and the teachers answering the police questions, a minutes later, two guys in white dressed like people of the Forensic carrying away a body covered with a dark bag as the ones usually watched in crime films, looking at the body entering the ambulance car, I could only recollect the events that happened yesterday.

"What the hell are you saying!?, my God, you just murdered our delegate, my phone, we're is my phone, I would call the police"

But before I could even dial the police number, something flew from outside and entered the corridor through the hole Sonia was just kicked out.

"what the hell!?"

"tss!?"

"You bitch, I would dish your head to the monarch of the Abyss!"

"Ohh!?, so his the one in charge of maintaining this prison, so the other monarchies are not here, that's quite troublesome"

"You think you can go against the monarchs on your own, you are still to gain the power of the original queen, you cannot defeat or win against us"

"Who told you I was alone?, now I have my own knight"

"And Whose poor soul did you drag?"

"Are you blind, he is just behind me..........huh!?"

As if their brains and mouth were connected, the spat out the same words.

They spot she was pointing was empty, the stood there staring at the spot for a moment before the so called Aluka aim his fist at Alice"

"Tss!, I would catch me after dealing with you"

"let's see who will fall first!"

Meanwhile, Jason was going down the steps as fast as possible without looking behind.

Boom!!, Rumble!!, puch!!, crack!!, Boom!,Boom!, a series of explosion and walls Cracking could be heard from above, were he left.

"What the hell is happening, I can stay here, I have to go, yes go, I have to find Aunt Nora!, she would knw what to do"

Jumping the last stairs and landing on the floor, he could see the exit in front of me, running towards the exit, he could not stop but only smile at the sensation of leaving this hell, but it is at that moment, the ceiling cracked and burst with a boom sound.

BOOM!!!, coughing, Jason could only tremble in fear, in front of him was the giant creature with Sonia's head or what posses Sonia's body, named Aluka, he was in a bad shape and his face was completely smashed, his right eye, nose and ear were gone living a zone covered fully in blood, his left arm was crush to the state where it could not be considered a hand anymore, his legs were trembling, not due to fear but because of the trauma his body received, Jason could only pity his condition.

carrying a complicated expression, he looked up from the hole, he just came out from.

"How can this be possible!, how can you control 28% of the Queen's power!?"

Staring at the creature reassembling my former delegate, I was literally confused, 28 did not sound really much as a high figure, while is he so in fear, but I came back to my senses when I recalled his actual condition, astonished, I could only lift up my head to watch the hole, at that moment a voice came out of the hole.

"Your estimation are fully wrong, this is my power and not the Queen's own, sorry I have not yet gotten the right to sit on the throne"

"What!?"

"But, I have the permission to have a knight, even though he is not yet ready, they time would come were he would face your kind head on"

"stop spitting out nonsense, you would die in the hands of our monarch"

Landing on the ground, she looked at Aluka with an expressionless face and spat her words.

"Eventually, I would die, but not in the hands of the monarch, but by the hands of my knight"

"What!?"

"what!?"

BOOM!!, Whoush!!, With the sound of something cutting through air, Aluka's face was brutally stabbed, falling in the ground, he tried all to resist but it was all futile, his arms, bones, and all part of his body were crushed and could not longer move, seeing his end coming he could only live the poor girl soul to resurface, the last remaining eye became the blue eyes it had at first, but her expression turn dark.

"HAAAAAAA!!, MY BODY IT HURTS, IT HURTS, SO MUCH, WHY IS MY BODY LIKE THIS HAAAAAA!!'

Sonia's soul was back, and was crying in pains, her screams were filled with sufferings and pains, she could not endure it, she tried to move her body, but each time she shook, the sound of flesh ripping apart and blood pouring out could be heard, I could not bear this suffering, I closed my ears and eyes in other to ignore her screams, Alice stood there with a dark face, which showed that she was really annoyed.

Bitting her lips she went towards Sonia and held her face, from there she lift up her knife, and said something.

"Stay calm, it would not last long..."

Pock!!, With that sound Sonia's soul faded away little by little, her eyes were slowly closing as if she was sleeping and that was the end. Seeing that her soul was gone, Alice pulled out her knife from Sonia's heart and stared at the body.

"How long are you going to pretend to be death, you devil!"

At her words, Sonia's eye reopen again, but this time Sonia's soul was no more, Aluka taking over the body could only spit out insults, he knew his end was close, but Alice wanted him to die with more sufferings, so she lift up her hand handling her knife, came closer to Aluka's face (late Sonia's face), and spat at some words.

"@#$#₩¥£#%#@"

"Huh!, what do you mean by sacri.....!"

Pock!, Pow!!, Pock!!, Puck!!,

Aluka did not have the time to complete his words, Alice pierced his remaining eye, and destroyed his face to the fullest rage, Aluka died with a complicated expression, or what remain as face to show it, Alice words most have disturbed him mentally.

"What did she say to him, to die with such a complicated expression......huh!?"

Alice was staring at me, her face was covered with blood, her eyes were shining with a cold purple feeling, I could only swallow my saliva, but it did not last long, she turned her head and left.

"Tomorrow, we would need to have a talk.."

with those words Alice disappeared in the dark, leaving the place into total silence. I woke up from my position and looked at Sonia's body, her body regain her previous shape and the wounds on her body made it nasty to see, I could only turn my head to avoid seeing the face, leaving the area I knew I could not report what happened here to anybody, or I would be hospitalized, I did not have the choice to only meet Alice and clarify the situation on my own before seeking for help, I needed evidence of her crimes and the people behind her, either her allies or enemy.

Thee next day, the body was discovered, the police arrived and took charge of the area, all teacher's were summon, the victim's parent were called, and the students were assigned to another buildings and we're given tasks and work to occupy themselves, this explains why I was with Jennifer in the library, not only her but all the class.

Getting up from my sit, I waved at her that I was going to the rest room, she did not mind and nodded, leaving the library, I headed towards the last floor of the building skipping the toilet.

Opening the door to the roof, as if the the wind was waiting for my arrival, her black hairs were following the direction the wind was blowing, she stood there looking at the sky, I could not resist but admit she was very beautifully, when she was carrying a knife or covered in blood, and her purple eyes were really marching the beauty of her face.

"Here I am"

"Oh!?, you are here"

Smiling at me, she turned and face my direction.
