Episode 2

Not even a week passed when the rumors began. The moon had deceived the alpha, and those pups she was expecting were not his.

Cristal hadn't even left her home. She didn't understand why her Alpha was doing this to her. Why lie like that. She had never asked for it. He made the decision to do the Insemination. He seemed happy with his children. So why? Why did he suddenly seem to hate them?

Cristal was asleep in her room when the doors were forced open. It happened so quickly that she didn't even have time to think or say anything. The guards entered and took her roughly, taking her with them.

And suddenly she was in the middle of the pack council being judged for adultery. No matter how much she screamed and begged, saying that she had never cheated on him. No matter how much she told the truth.

No one believed her.

The man who had been her alpha for more than 3 years rejected her without compassion. Looking as if she had really cheated on him. With those eyes devoid of emotions. As if she meant nothing to him.

They kicked her out of the pack where she had grown up, and all those who she once considered her family turned their backs on her.

Cristal walked aimlessly through the forest, still sobbing, unable to believe what had just happened. Her alpha had betrayed her, they had thrown her out without any consideration. Not caring about all the dangers she was exposed to. They didn't even let her take her things. She was thrown to her fate without any compassion.

She wandered through the forest aimlessly, feeling her body heavy. The pain of rejection and betrayal took her breath away, but Cristal did not stop. She kept walking in the hope of finding asylum. Even though she felt like she was failing. Although an immense void was opening in her chest. Cristal never stopped.

Night fell and the cold chilled her bones. Her body began to feel heavier and heavier, and unable to bear it any longer, Cristal collapsed.

Cristal opened her eyes that morning confused, blinked feeling the sunlight hit her face, looked around expecting to find herself on the forest floor, but to her surprise she was in a rustic wooden room, lying in a bed with a wool blanket on her body. Cristal settled into the bed worried. Where was she supposed to be?

She didn't even have time to think about it, the door opened and an old woman with white hair entered through it. Cristal looked at her confused.

"Who are you?... Where am I?"

The old woman came to her, taking a seat next to her slowly. Cristal settled in her place tightening her sheets fearfully.

"You woke up little girl. I found you passed out in the forest and I was unable to leave you there. I brought you to my home. You have slept quite a bit, you seemed very tired."

Cristal looked at her doubtfully.

"Who are you?"

"My name is Gilmort, girl. I am just an old healer who lives in the forest. You are lucky that I found you. Wild wolves travel through the forest at night looking for something to eat or someone to eat..."

"You... how did you bring me here?"—the old woman looked quite weak. How could she carry her here?

"Oh, I asked an old friend for help, but he's gone now. You have been sleeping for two days dear, your body is trying to get used to the rejection."

Cristal looked at her surprised

"How do you know?"

The woman smiled sadly

"It is not the first time that I have seen a pregnant omega being rejected by her alpha. It happens more than you think... you need to recover, those sweet babies you carry in your womb need you."

Cristal lowered her head sadly remembering everything. The hard and emotionless look that Eishter had given her. He, who had sworn to love her, had abandoned her to her fate without thinking twice.

Had he never loved her?

"Don't let that overwhelm you dear"—Cristal looked at her surprised—"Inside you have two reasons to keep living, you have plenty of love, you don't need any alpha, you already have two who will love you with all their heart."

Cristal looked at her belly stroking it and looked at the old woman in front of her questioning her words.

"Two alphas?"

The old woman nodded

"Yes dear, in your womb you are gestating two beautiful alpha twins. You don't need that silly alpha who abandoned you. He will be punished all his life, but you... you will have a bright and wonderful future."

The old woman looked at her with confidence and something in her gaze calmed the storm in Cristal's heart. Something in her gaze assured her that everything she said was true.

A wonderful future awaited her.
