Life is full of ups and downs, the line of life is supposed to be that you are born, your parents take care of you, guide you and help you to be a better person.

My name is Yasemin Kurt, I am 23 years old, I live in Turkey, more specifically in Istanbul, I am studying administration not because I love it, but here if you do a good job and you are good you can opt for a good job with very good remuneration which would be great because I am in charge of my 4-year-old little sister.

And why am I taking care of my sister?

Well, my mother was an incredible mother to me, she raised me with a lot of affection and love, I had a very beautiful childhood and my father was an incredible man, I can't complain about the parents that God gave me, but everything went to hell 3 years ago.

My father worked as a lawyer and we lived in a good place, his house was very nice and they lacked nothing, but 3 years ago he had an accident that left him in a coma for a few weeks, but in the end he died.

My mother went into a great depression as a result of it and although it was not for less because the man she loved died, so she took care of her little sister who at that time was a one-year-old baby and it is that my parents had, how to say it, a "bald spot" because they did not think of having more children and my mother was already close to menopause, but she ended up pregnant which they took as a gift from God and well they had my little sister Ayse which gave us great joy in the family.

And as my father had a good job and I was starting university, money was not a big problem, but when dad died, of course it hurt us, but my mother stopped living so with the money that my father left us, I took care of my sister and put her in a nursery while I studied and only took care of buying what was necessary to make the money go a long way, it was a very hard year taking care of everything, but my mother began to spend the money on alcohol and although I talked to her she simply did not care if we ate or were well.

The money in the account was running out, which led me to work and study remotely, talking to the director of the university and exposing my case, he let me study online and only go to take my exams.

This way I can work to support my little sister that I love very much, but 2 years ago I left the house where I grew up because my mother in addition to drinking alcohol also took drugs and on two occasions there were unknown men in the house which scared me a lot because I did not know if I could protect her integrity or that of her little sister.

As much as she talks to her mother and wanted her to come to her senses, but she simply did not come to her senses so she looks for a room in which she could live with her sister, she took from her house one of the large beds in which the two could sleep, a small kitchen, her sister's clothes and hers, her laptop and several dishes so she has to take care of paying for the nursery and the room where they lived.

Today was a hard day, not to say horrible.

I was working in the cafeteria when Mr. Doruk called me to his office.

Yasemin: Tell me, Mr. Doruk.

Doruk: Yasemin, I have to give you bad news, the cafeteria has been very bad and I have to fire people and I regret to tell you that you are one of them, I know that you take care of your sister alone so I am going to give you a good severance pay so you can help yourself while you get another job.

Yasemin: I thank you very much Mr. Doruk I know that you are a good person and you would not give up on one of us if things were really bad, thank you for the opportunity you gave me to work here when I needed it most.

After finishing my shift I go to pick up my things.

Doruk: Thank you, Yasemin, I really wish you luck and I am very sorry.

At the end of the day Mr. Doruk gave her an envelope with money and said goodbye to all her co-workers, those who left like her and those who stayed working.

When she arrived at the nursery she told the lady in charge that her sister would not be back for a few days.

When she arrived at the room little Ayse was sitting on the bed and taking off her shoes.

Ayse: How was your day sister?

Her voice was very sweet and tender, which helped Yasemin to move forward.

Yasemin: It was good, I'm going to have a few days off so tomorrow we'll be able to go to the park.

Ayse: Yessss

Her little sister's happiness made her forget a little the problems she had, she counted the money that Mr. Doruk had given her and realized that he gave her a good amount so she left the room with her sister and went to her landlady and paid two months in advance, since she did not know how long it would take to find a new job and it was better to secure a roof.

Then she went out and bought canned goods, some cans of powdered milk for her sister and everything that could last a certain time stored.

The following days she went out with her little sister and bought the newspaper where she was looking for a new job she needed it urgently.

Until in the job section she looked.

"nanny with experience needed, will only be received from agency"

Yasemin: If they need her from an agency why do they put it in the newspaper, rich people are really crazy.

But I'm going to go and introduce myself the worst that can happen is that they don't give me the job, so aja.

She takes Ayse and the bus that will take her to the address indicated in the article, then she realizes that no bus leaves her near the house where they are going to go for the interview.

So she walks with Ayse and when she gets tired she carries her and keeps walking, she walks like that for about 40 minutes.

Yasemin: I don't know what I came here for, the only experience I have is you my love, but I'm not from an agency, I think I made us go through this for nothing.
