Episode 1: “The Hero With Dirty Thoughts”

Takuya Kusanagi was your average college otaku—messy room, stacks of manga, leftover cup noodles everywhere. He sat hunched at his desk, eyes glued to a fantasy manga.

Takuya (thinking): “If only I could live in a world of magic… elves, catgirls, princesses. No exams, no stress—just pure adventure. And maybe a harem or two, hehe…”

He chuckled to himself, flipping a page. Suddenly, his laptop flickered. Strange symbols appeared on the screen, glowing faintly.

Takuya (confused): “Uh… did I download a virus? Or is this one of those shady pop-ups again?”

Before he could react, the entire screen burst with light. A magic circle expanded across his room, pulling him in.

Takuya (panicking): “Wait, wait! Not like this! I haven’t cleared my browser history yet!”

In a blink, the cluttered dorm vanished. Takuya crashed face-first onto a polished red carpet. When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a massive throne room filled with armored knights and robed mages.

At the end of the hall sat a dazzling young woman—a princess with long golden hair, clad in ornate armor that shimmered under the chandeliers. Her blue eyes widened in surprise.

Princess Liana: “Summoned hero… welcome to the Kingdom of Auralis.”

Takuya (thinking): “Holy… she’s gorgeous. That tiara, that smile, that armor… and oh, the cleavage window. Thank you, merciful gods!”

He tried to compose himself, but his grin gave him away.

Knight (whispering): “This is the chosen one? He looks… strange.”

The princess rose gracefully, extending her hand toward him.

Princess Liana: “Brave hero, will you lend us your strength to defeat the Demon Lord?”

Takuya froze. His brain short-circuited. Instead of her hand, he imagined her leaning close, whispering, blushing. In his fantasy, he boldly held her waist, swearing eternal devotion.

Takuya (thinking): “Yes, princess… my sword is ready for you.”

Unfortunately, he said it out loud.

Takuya (blurting): “My sword is ready for you!”

The hall went dead silent. Every knight glared. The princess’s face turned crimson.

Princess Liana (furious): “P-Pervert!!”

Knight Captain: “Guards, seize him!”

Two armored men tackled Takuya to the ground.

Takuya (panicking): “W-wait, not that sword! Wrong sword! I meant the other one!!”

The crowd erupted in chaos. Some knights looked ready to behead him, others just groaned in disappointment. The princess crossed her arms, glaring down at him.

Princess Liana: “The fate of our kingdom rests on… this fool?”

Mage Advisor: “It seems fate enjoys cruel jokes, Your Highness.”

Pinned to the floor, Takuya grinned nervously.

Takuya (thinking): Okay… maybe I messed up my first impression. But hey, I’m in another world, there’s a princess, and I’m the hero. My adventure has just begun!

Narration (bottom panel):
