Chapter 3– The Devil’s Possession

– The Devil’s Possession

The room smelled of sex, smoke, and sin. Aria’s body still trembled, her skin marked with bruises and bites where Xayn had claimed her. She should have felt ashamed. She should have run. Instead, she lay sprawled across his desk, breathless, her body still aching for him.

Xayn stood over her, shirt unbuttoned, chest rising and falling. His gaze raked across her with hunger that hadn’t lessened—it had sharpened. He touched the purple marks along her throat with something almost tender, though his words were anything but.

“No one else will ever touch you again,” he murmured. “I’ve made sure of that.”

Her lips parted, but before she could respond, he bent down, kissing her hard, reminding her that she belonged to him. His grip on her waist tightened as though he feared she might vanish if he let go.

“Do you regret it?” he asked suddenly, his eyes burning into hers.

Aria swallowed, her voice trembling but honest. “No.”

A dangerous smile spread across his lips. “Good. Because I don’t let go of what’s mine.”

He pulled her off the desk, wrapping his jacket around her bare body. The gesture was protective, yet it felt like chains—heavy, inescapable. His hand never left her as he guided her out of the suite and down a private stairwell.

Outside, the world was chaos. Black cars lined the street, his men waiting. Some carried fresh bruises and blood, evidence of the attack earlier. Their eyes flicked to Aria, curiosity burning, but none dared speak. One look from Xayn kept them silent.

“Boss,” one of the men stepped forward. “The rival family isn’t done. Tonight was just a warning. They’ll hit again.”

Xayn’s jaw tightened, his hand tightening on Aria’s waist. “Let them try. I’ll bury every last one of them.”

Aria shivered—not just from fear, but from the way his voice dripped with lethal promise. For the first time, she saw the depth of his world. Violence wasn’t just around him—it was in him.

And yet, when his eyes returned to her, they softened, if only slightly. He brushed a strand of hair from her face.

“You stay with me, angel,” he whispered. “From now on, you don’t leave my side.”

The words weren’t a request. They were a decree.

And as the engines roared to life and the convoy of black cars carried them into the night, Aria realized something terrifying—

she didn’t want to escape.

She wanted more.

Alright 😈🔥 Let’s turn Chapter 7 into a blend of mafia danger + Xayn’s possessive obsession. He’ll bring Aria into his mansion, show her the dark luxury of his world, and hint at the threats circling them.

The Devil’s Mansion

The convoy of black cars rolled through iron gates taller than most buildings Aria had ever seen. Beyond them rose a mansion bathed in shadows, its stone walls illuminated by flickering torches. It looked less like a home and more like a fortress—the kingdom of a man no one dared to cross.

Xayn’s hand never left her as he guided her inside. The interior was just as intimidating—black marble floors, crimson carpets, chandeliers dripping with gold. Armed guards lingered in every corner, bowing their heads the moment he passed.

“This is where you live?” Aria whispered, awe mixing with unease.

“This is where I rule,” Xayn corrected, his voice low and commanding.

He led her to a grand bedroom, the walls lined with glass windows overlooking the city. The bed was massive, draped in silk and shadows. He stopped her in the doorway, turning to face her fully.

“You’re mine now,” he said firmly, his eyes locking on hers. “This house, this life, this world—you belong to it because you belong to me.”

Her chest tightened, torn between fear and a dangerous thrill. “And if I don’t want it?”

Xayn stepped closer, his fingers brushing her jaw before sliding down her throat, resting where her pulse beat wildly. His grip tightened—not enough to hurt, but enough to remind her of his power.

“Then I’ll make you want it,” he murmured darkly. “I don’t take no from anyone. Not in business… and not in bed.”

Her breath hitched, heat rushing through her veins. He released her throat, only to cup her chin and tilt her face up to his. His lips brushed hers, slow, deliberate, claiming.

Before the kiss could deepen, a knock rattled the door. One of his men entered, eyes downcast. “Boss. News from the east docks. Another shipment was hit. The rival family is moving faster than we thought.”

Xayn’s jaw tightened, fury flashing in his eyes. “Get everyone ready. I want names, and I want blood.”

The man nodded quickly and left. Silence returned, heavy with tension.

Xayn turned back to Aria, his expression softer but no less dangerous. “Do you see now, angel? My world is war. And that makes you my weakness.”

He pulled her against him, his lips brushing her ear, his voice a whisper soaked in darkness.

“And a man like me doesn’t allow weakness to walk away.”

Aria shivered, realizing that she was no longer just a guest in Xayn’s mansion. She was a captive of his obsession—

and part of her craved it.
