Episode one: "Family secrets

Hey everyone! My name is Chasey and i'm a 13 year old writer who loves to write fanfic and original stories.

welcome to my story “Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous — Chaos Theory Continued.”

This is a fanfiction inspired by the Netflix series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous chaos theory, continuing the story of the Camp Fam after the events of the show.

I grew up watching the series so i’ve always loved the characters, their adventures, and how they never give up no matter how impossible things get — so I wanted to imagine what happens next!

This story is just for fun and creativity. All characters and world elements belong to DreamWorks and Universal, except for any new characters and scenes I’ve created.

This is my first time making a full story and posting it online,so if there is anything you find hard to understand please tell me. And feel free to tell me about your oppinions,favorite scenes and moments in the comments!

I hope you all enjoy reading this as much i loved writing it.

[scene one.The cabin]

It has been months since the camp fam has defeated Biosyn for good. They finally have what they have been wishing for since the whole chaos started....peace. But in the shadows a new enemy arises and new people,teamates and also family secrets also come out,will the camp fam and maybe even the world be ready for what's coming?

The forest is calm and at peace in a long time. Out there is a rusty old cabin but also known as Darius Bowman's home. Laughter fills the quiet air as the camp fam are finally relaxed from the dino chases.Inside, the group sprawls around Darius’s cozy cabin.

Yaz(kicking back on the couch):Ahh....now this is the life. No dino chases or evil people,finally a chance to relax.

Kenji(chomping on chips,muffled):Don't jinx it Fadoula. But you did say one thing right,this is the life.

Brooklyn(shaking her head):Alright, but don't get too comfortable everyone when there is peace,that just means that they are still out there just planning something wacko again.

Darius walks in his curly hair messier then usual. He carried a grin like he was waiting for this moment to happen.

Darius(grinning):Enough with the annoying bantering. We just saved the world...twice from Biosyn and their dinos.

Sammy(laughing):Oh come one y'all let's just relax cause y'know we do barely have anytime with having 'peace' and just be grateful that we get to get out of Ben's rusty old ben.

They all burst out laughing something they all haven't felt in a long time. Ben rushes in his face pale like he saw a ghost,his hand trembeled a mix of nervousness and excitment.

Ben(eyes wide):Umm...guys can you all like leave the room like now please?

They all look at Ben,confused of what's happening. Yaz steps closer to Ben her face hardens with suspicion.

Yaz(suspicous):Benjamin Pincus are you hiding something ? Cause you look like you saw the handler coming out from the dead.

Sammy(puts a hand on her shoulder):Yaz calm down i'm sure whatever is happenin',he has a good reason why he's telling us to leave but i do have to ask.

She turns towards ben her gentle gace replaced with something more,seriousness.

Sammy:why Ben? Why do we have to leave this exact room? is someone here? or...something?

Darius steps in with his usual calm,leader tone trying to calm the chaos before the actual storm comes in.

Darius:Hey hey everyone lets all calm down...

Brooklyn:No,dino nerd if Ben is hiding something we all deserve to know.

Kenji(smiling nervously,scratching the back of his neck):Yeah i mean we all have been through so much since we were what,teenagers?

Ben(raising voice a but too loudly):Stop,stop i just want you all to leave! Is that a bad thing? I just need some time alone for a second with....someone.

Kenji and Brooklyn(at the same time):Who Ben?!

The cabin overlaps in raised voices of suspicion,curiousness and eagerness untill there is a knock on the door.

Kenji(worried,hands trembling slightly):Umm...is that the mystery person and possibly a dino at the door ? Cause i don't want to answer that.

Everyone glares at him looking like they were going to give him the scolding of the century. Darius lets out a sigh and he opens the door despite the protesting from Ben.

Ben(worried):Wait Darius don't open the door it isn't for you.

Darius(firm):Oh so you get to tell me what and what not to do huh Ben?

Ben(waving his hands):No,no that's not what i meant just let me open the door i'll get it.

Sammy(facepalms):Oh for goodness sakes just open the darn door already won't ya?

Darius opens the door and there stood a girl about his age her blue eyes shimmered brighter then the ocean,her bun braided brown hair with caramel highlights catching the suns light and for some random reason she was also wearing a fingerless black gloves. But somethin stood out she somewhat looked so much familiar to Ben.

???(calm):Oh hello i'm here to visit Benjamin Pincus or as you all know him Ben.

Brooklyn(eyes burning with curiosity):Who are you? Why do you want to see Ben? Are you from Biosyn?

Kenji:Yeah you can't just walk in here and just say "I'm here to visit Ben Pincus" like anyone is going to believe that story.

Ben(sighing,figiting with his fingers):Sorry for all the commotion come inside.

The girl sat on the couch with confidence but with also quiet shyness but her presence changed the air. It made it feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Sammy(cheerful but cautious as always):Hey there! i'm Sammy Gutierez what's your name?

Yaz:Sammy don't get too comfortable yet she just walked in here and we don't know who she is.

Darius(pinching the bridge of his nose):Ughh come on you guys this is just one person we can't treat her like she is already a threat.

Kenji(raising his arms up):Alright we'll stop but we do actually have to ask who she is first don't you think dino nerd?

They all look at Darius the girl tilted her head slightly in confusion and curiousness.

Darius:Fine we will ask questions but not something too intimidating okay.

Brooklyn(getting out her laptop):Okay great so the follow up questions first what is your name?

Ben(quickly):Her name is Ella.

The girl's faces flinches for a slight second,she clenches her fists trying to calm herself down.

???(voice low):I told you not to call me that.

Yaz(folding her arms):Okay then mystery girl what is your name?

???(posture relaxing):Bri. It's short for Brielle.

Kenji:Okay we have a name!

Brooklyn(typing on her laptop):Okay so big deal we got a name but lets ask why is she here ? Specifically for visiting Ben.

Ben(loudly):She's my little sister alright,you guys she is my sister a year younger then me,the same age as Darius.

Their eyes widen in shock,awe and surprise their mouthes dropped slightly.

Sammy(pacing):Wait so all this time you Ben Pincus had a little sister and didn't even try to tell us your own trauma buddies?!

Kenji(whistling):Wow,that is some information.

Ben(defensive):It never came up!!

Yaz:Ben we all survived six months on a dino infested island and saved the world from Biosyn more times then we can count,i think it came up that we asked if you had any siblings.

Brooklyn(still in shock):Wow Ben i thought you were better then this,but now look at you lying to us, for what nearly seven years already!

Sammy(pouting):Yeah Ben.

They all looked at Darius who still hadn't even said anything yet. Brooklyn steps in closer and puts a hand on his shoulder.

Brooklyn(quietly):Hey,dino nerd you okay ? This is a lot for all of us to process too.

Ben(rubbing the back of his neck):Look you guys i'm sorry but even if i did told you before you wouldn't have met her cause she was a exchange student in Japan.

Yaz(calming down):We got it Ben but really you should've told us way more sooner okay.

Sammy(nodding):Yeah i mean we are camp fam for life y'all.

Ben(worried):Darius,Kenji,Brooklyn are we okay now ? I promise to never hold back secrets from you all ever again.

Kenji(streching his arms):Sure dude i don't mind.

Brooklyn:Fine.

Darius:Well i least your sister looks a lot like you.

They all laugh quietly while Bri who was witnessing this quietly finally says something.

Bri(sighing):Oh big brother you really do have a way with secrets don't you.

Ben(chuckling nervously):Just be glad you're my only secret i haven't told them.

Darius(notices something):Wait you're Brielle ? Like the Brielle from Harvard ? I read one of your research papers on dino-behavior algorithms. It was… brilliant.

Bri softens just a little.

Bri(surprised):Huh,i never really thought people outside campus even read that. It had way too many complex things.

Sammy:So are you and Ben close i mean you should be if he kept such a big secret from all of us throughout the years.

Bri glances at Ben for a slight second.

Bri(softly):I don't know ask him.

Suddenly—

BOOM! a tremor shakes the ground outside.

Everyone jumps.

YAZ

Please tell me that was thunder.

BEN

…Yeah, about that “quiet life” thing? Might not last long.

BRIELLE (muttering)

Figures. I visit once, and chaos follows. Typical Ben.
