Oh my god people. You are hating on Taehyung saying he had choice.
But, his choice was only given not mattered. Whatever he chose would not have mattered. A seven year old was forced into training with his ruthless father. His father was the person he feared the most. And at 17 when he fell in love, it didn't heal the trauma given by his father. That love was something, he never expected to experience. He was molded into a doll by his father but the appearance of girl in his life gave him illusion of normal life.
That love was something forbidden, and he knew it. For a doll, broken fr the age of seven that was rebellious enough. He didn't have the courage to go against his father at 20 because of the fear and trauma inflicted into him from the age of 7.
Can you go against something that was engraved so deeply into your brain from the age of 7?
You're just watching it as a third person who sees the morals but not the reasoning. Age does not define that his mental trauma healed. We saw him spiralling because of his father's words at the age of 34 imagine it in a 20 year old.
You guys are unbelievable for hating on a little boy who was forced to handle physical and mental damage from the age of 7 and he still is not age to escape from the clutches of his father.
People cannot escape the clutches of childhood trauma just because they grew up. Hope you guys know that
