authy I have read everything until last what u said I took a moment to understand it & all I can think is she/he is just a immature person apparently who is thinking these are cringe or bad bcz they must have face some reality check in real so trying to defame the others but that doesn't gave any right of them to rate a story as terrible if actually the story is not he/she can of course have an opinion as reader but using different accounts to do IF it's a same person that means she/he is totally immature kid playing around what i wanna say is don't block them we will take care of it & don't worry about the rating bcz i have seen stories having terrible rating but more supporters so just leave it on us u just focus on your studies, career & if possible your passion writing & we will always be there for u no matter what but as a reader if u felt disappointed or sad bcz of another reader i am deeply sorry for that u felt like that

Moreover stories are creations of author, their own feelings and imagination and they have every right on them, how to write it, how to design it.
