The evening lights slowly covered the busy streets of Milan. The city looked beautiful at night, with glowing buildings and expensive cars moving through the roads.
Inside the luxurious office of DeLuca Enterprises, Alessandro DeLuca sat behind his large desk, reviewing several documents. The room was quiet except for the soft ticking of the clock.
But Alessandro’s mind was not fully focused on his work.

“Yes.”
He placed the design file on the desk.
“Find information about the girl who delivered this today.”
Marco looked slightly surprised but nodded.
“Her name?”
“Luna Moretti.”
Marco quickly wrote it down.
“Do you want a full background check?”
Alessandro stood up and walked toward the large window overlooking the city of Milan.
“Yes,” he said quietly.
“I want to know everything.”
Marco nodded again and left the office.
Meanwhile, across the city, Luna was walking home after a long day.
She held her bag tightly while replaying the strange moment from earlier in her mind.
“That CEO is seriously intimidating,” she said to herself.🥲🥲
Her friend Sofia called her on the phone.
“So?” Sofia asked excitedly. “How was the big company?”
Luna laughed nervously.
“It was scary!”
“Scary?” Sofia asked.
“Yes! The CEO looked like he could freeze someone just by staring at them.”
Sofia laughed on the other end of the phone.
“Well, maybe he liked your designs.”
Luna rolled her eyes playfully.
“Yeah right.”
She had no idea that at that very moment, the powerful CEO she just met was already investigating her life.
Back in his office, Alessandro received a message from Marco.
File Found: Luna Moretti.
He opened the file.

Occupation: Junior Designer
Address: Milan
Alessandro studied the information quietly.
A small, almost invisible smile appeared on his lips.
“Interesting,” he murmured.
