Fangs of regret

"Luna, I'm so sorry about standin' you up the other night," Dominic said, lookin' genuinely sorry. "It was a mistake, and I promise it won't happen again."

Luna crossed her arms, her eyes flashin' with anger. "A mistake? You just forgot about me, Dominic. That's not a mistake, that's disrespect."

"Luna, come on," Dominic pleaded. "I said I'm sorry. Can we just talk about this?"

Luna shook her head. "No, Dominic. You need to respect my time and my feelings. I'm not just gonna forgive you like that."

Dominic sighed, feelin' frustrated. "What do you want me to do, Luna? I said sorry."

"I want you to understand why it hurt me," Luna said, her voice firm. "But I don't think you're gettin' it, so just leave me alone for now."

Felix burst into Dominic's school, his eyes scannin' the hall until they landed on Dominic. "Time to get out, Dom. Jack's waitin' for us."

Dominic raised an eyebrow, but followed Felix out of the school and into the woods. As they walked, the trees gave way to a clearing, and Dominic saw a group of vampires gathered in a circle. Jack, the leader, stood at the center, his eyes gleamin' with interest.

"Felix, I hear you've been trainin' Dominic," Jack said, his voice drippin' with curiosity. "Let's see what he's got. Fight him, Felix. Show me what he can do."

Felix grinned, crackin' his knuckles. Dominic's eyes narrowed, and he nodded, preparin' himself.

The two vampires circled each other, their eyes locked in a fierce stare. Felix launched himself at Dominic, his fists flyin'. Dominic dodged and weaved, counterin' with a swift kick to Felix's stomach.

Felix retaliated with a powerful uppercut, but Dominic blocked it with his forearm. The two vampires clashed, their movements a blur of speed and power.

They exchanged blows, their fists and feet crashin' together in a flurry of movement. Dominic landed a solid punch to Felix's jaw, but Felix just grinned, his eyes flashin' with excitement.

The fight intensified, the vampires in the circle cheerin' and chantin' as Felix and Dominic battled it out. Jack watched with interest, his eyes evaluatin' Dominic's skills.

Finally, Felix landed a kick to Dominic's chest, sendin' him stunnin' back. The vampires cheered, and Jack nodded, his eyes gleamin' with approval.

"Not bad, Dominic," Jack said, his voice drippin' with praise. "You're got potential. Felix, you're doin' a good job trainin' him."

Felix grinned, helpin' Dominic to his feet. "Thanks, Jack. He's a natural."😊 Alright, let's get back to the scene!

As Felix and Dominic walked through the woods, the tension from the fight dissipated, replaced by a comfortable silence. They strolled side by side, the rustling of leaves beneath their feet the only sound.

"So, Dom, you wanna know how I became a vampire?" Felix asked, breakin' the silence.

Dominic's eyes sparkled with curiosity. "Yeah, I've been wonderin'. Who turned you?"

Felix's gaze drifted off, lost in thought. "It was a girl named Sophia. She was a vampire from an old clan, powerful and ruthless. I was a soldier, fightin' in a war that wasn't mine. She turned me, saw somethin' in me she liked."

Dominic listened intently, his eyes wide with interest. "What about me? I still don't remember how I was turned."

Felix shook his head. "Sorry, Dom. I don't know either. You've been like this for as long as I've known you. Maybe it's better left in the past, huh?"

Dominic nodded, though his eyes still held a hint of curiosity.

As they walked, the conversation flowed easily, and they found themselves at the edge of a clearing. Felix's eyes gleamed. "Time for a hunt, Dom. You ready?"

Dominic nodded, his fangs extendin' as they slipped into the shadows, huntin' for their next meal 😊.

After the hunt, they both headed their separate ways

As Dominic walked into his house, he was greeted by his grandma witg an unexpected sight: Luna, standin' in his livin' room, lookin' like she'd just stepped out of a storm cloud. Her eyes flashed with anger, and Dominic's instincts kicked in.

"What are you doin' here, Luna?" he asked, tryin' to gauge her mood.

Luna's gaze raked over him, takin' in the bloodstains on his clothes. "I was waitin' for you," she said, her voice low and even. "We need to talk."

😊 Alright, let's get back to the scene!

Dominic led Luna upstairs to his room, the old wooden creaks echoing through the silence. Luna's anger seemed to have simmered down, replaced by a mix of curiosity and concern.

As they sat on the edge of the bed, Dominic's eyes searched hers. "Luna, I'm sorry again for standin' you up. It was a mistake."

Luna's gaze softened, but her voice was still lipped with hurt. "I don't want apologies, Dominic. I want to know what's goin' on with you. You've been distant, and I feel like I'm losin' you."

Dominic sighed, feelin' a pang of guilt. "It's just... stuff's been crazy, Luna. My grandparents' house, dealin' with... things."

Luna's eyes narrowed slightly. "What things, Dominic? You push me away, and I'm supposed to just wait?"

Dominic's shoulders slumped. "I don't mean to push you away. It's just... I'm dealin' with some stuff, okay? Can we just... take things slow?"

Luna looked at him, her eyes searchin' for somethin'. Then, unexpectedly, she smiled. "Okay, Dominic. I'll be here when you're ready to talk."

Dominic's face lit up with surprise, and he smiled back.
