7. The Secret Gift and the "Doki Doki" Smile
When they arrived back at the classroom, Fena found a bottle of strawberry yogurt sitting on her desk. "Maria... there's a yogurt on my desk..." she said, picking it up. Suddenly, she read a lingering thought and realized it came from Demetrius.
Fena looked over at Demetrius and gave him a bright, beautiful smile. "Thank you!" she said. Demetrius was completely stunned that she had figured out it was from him so easily.
Maria, still clueless, teased her, "I wonder who put that there? It looks like someone who has a crush on you gave it to you!" Fena laughed, turned to Maria, and said, "No, it's not like that, Maria," while giving her a dazzling smile. That specific look and smile made Maria's heart suddenly race- "Doki Doki." Just then, the homeroom teacher entered and announced, "Well, summer is here, so it's time to start preparing for the exams!"
