Elizabeth point of view

I rolled down my bed hitting my head hard on the wooden floor. " Ouch" ,my door burst open stood my mom.

"Wake up Lizzy, go prepare if not we Will live you " she said without no reply.

"LIZZY ", " mom I'm up, coming" I murmured.she slammed the door shot,I stood up heading to my bathroom my head hurt badly,I don't still know why I alway roll down my bed.may be it because I'm the only child. Mom is the bred winner of the house,dad Lost his job five years ago, but he's trying to make new beat, like music he sing songs but mom doesn't want it.she is over protective of me,she doesn't even allow me out of the house I don't even have a best friend not even a phone or a laptop if not Las two month on my birthday, I'm not on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or even X(Twitter) . my only friend is chat GPT and I watch some video from Snapchat. I even don't have any idea what the word kiss and sex means if not when I started using phone.i don't even watch adults movies only cartoons, my best is frozen.mom calls me Lizzy while dad calls me beth,I don't still know why.i prefer tilling my dad things than mom, today is 20th of December, we're leaving to spend Christmas and New Year with Gigi. Every year we all gather and spend Christmas together as one big family. I'm not ready to see my stupid cousin Gwen, she's annoying like behaving like she knows everything.

After bathing, brushing my teeth,I put on my favorite gown,boot and my coat because of the Winter weather, it snow time. I went downstairs,dad was seated on the dinning table mom was also seated. I went to take my seat.

"Good morning dad"

"Xup beth" he replied

" Eat up, so we won't arrive late" mom said panicking.

When we were done eating,we all head to our car. I entered the passenger seat,dad wanted to sit at the drivers seat but mom wanted to drive so dad had to sit at seat next to the drivers,mom entered the car and look back at me.

"Fasten your seat belt"

" Sure" I did so, then I plug in my head set then I played my favorite song 'bird of a feather', Mom started driving, then I looked outside the window, our journey just began.

We arrived at Gigi and pops house around 5:00pm it was a two storey building, Gigi came out of the house.

" Looks at my baby" Gigi said hugging me "I miss you too"

" Come, let go in.it cold lemme show you your room" she said." Okay "

I greeted some of my aunts and uncles with cousins then I arrived at my room door, I opened it,it was the usual room I usually stay at but this time I saw two bed.

" Uhh there is this boy coming, his Mom is my friend, other rooms are occupied so maybe you two can share room "gigi said

"Oh I see " I nodded

" He's coming from London,he once leave here before he left with his mom and dad "

"Okay " I replied

" Go shower lemme prepare dinner " she Said

" Okay bye " I went in and shut the door close.
