Rain fell endlessly across the mountain path.

A broken wooden hut hidden between bamboo trees.

The roof had partially collapsed, and vines covered most of the walls, but it was still standing.

“A shelter!”

He pushed open the door carefully.

Dust filled the air.

Inside stood an old table, a cracked stove, and scattered pieces of rotting furniture.

Still, compared to sleeping in the rain, it looked luxurious.

Lin Jie laughed weakly.

“Well… this is home now, I guess.”

Outside the hut, the valley suddenly became silent.

Because beneath the cabin slept an ancient spiritual formation forgotten for thousands of years.
