Busted

"It's about Rose Lily." Ben replied.

"What about her?" Lily asked.

"It's nothing important Lily, just a small thing that should not be talked about." I interrupt Ben and answered Lily.

"You two are hiding something from me." Lily replied and frowned.

"Trust me Lily it's nothing. Okay?" I replied.

She nod. After a minute our order was served. We eat quietly.

"I'm done, please excuse me I will use the ladies room." I said.

The ladies room was beside the mens room. After I used the ladies room, I was shocked as I went out. He was standing outside the ladies room. I have no words as I look at him and he look at me too.

"Why did you deny me to your brother?" He asked.

"I ahm... I... I'm sorry." I answered for there's no words that come out from my mouth. I was shy again. I hate it when I'm shy infront of him.

"Really? Is that all?" He replied and smirk.

"I'm sorry for denying you. I should have said the truth. I'm really sorry. And thank you for saving me twice. You know what I mean." I answered trying to maintain my posture for I felt like I've been eaten by the ground.

"Apology accepted." He replied and smiled.

"Thanks." I said while smiling. His smile gave me happiness again. It brightens my day.

"I'm Jack." He replied as he offer his hand for a handshake.

"I'm Rose." I replied and accept his hand. His hand was so soft and big. My heart was beating so fast, I can almost hear my heartbeat.

"Busted!"

We are interupted by the voice of a girl at my back saying busted. We look who's voice is it. And I know it. It was Lily and his younger brother was also at the back of Lily. They we're looking into us. I feel so shy again and again that I can't face Jack at my back.

"Hello I'm Jack, Rose friend. We're neighbors." He said.

"Hi I'm Lily, younger sister of your F R I E N D. Friend?" She replied and laughed.

"I think we better go, come on Lily." I said and hold Lily's hand.

"Why in a hurry Rose?" She asked and pull me closer to her.

"Nothing. I'm your older sister, you should listen to me." I said in a demand voice.

"Yeah fine. Let's go." She replied and followed me.

I stopped and look back to Jack.

"Nice meeting you again Jack. And you also, Jack's younger brother." I said and smiled to them. We left without looking back.

"So, is that what your hiding to me?" Lily asked.

"Yes, so you should shut your mouth. This should be a secret between us. Okay? Don't share this to Ben, or Mom and Dad." I answered.

"What if I don't agree with you?" She asked.

"Please Lily, have mercy on me. Just give me this. Please." I begged.

"Because I love you, I will agree to you. But, promise me to update you love life. Okay?" She replied.

"Deal, thanks Lily." I replied and hugged her.

"No problem." She replied and hugged me back.
