A man sits alone on the floor. Heavy. Unshaven. Eyes dull with exhaustion and regret.

NARRATOR (V.O.)

— Being laughed at during an interview.

— Watching classmates succeed on social media.

— Sitting alone at a cheap restaurant.

[BACK TO ROOM]

The man stares blankly at the ceiling.

MAN (muttering)

He reaches out weakly, knocking over an empty bottle.

Muffled voices echo.

The white space begins to crack… like glass.

Light distorts.

MAN

“W-What… is that…?”

He feels pressure. Tightness.

His body… compressing.

SFX: Cry of a newborn.

A sharp, piercing cry fills the air.

The world explodes into color.

Blurred figures. Bright lights.

Cold air against fragile skin.

NARRATOR (V.O.)

Vision is hazy.

A woman’s tearful face appears.

A man stands beside her, overwhelmed.

FATHER

The newborn—him—tries to move, but his limbs are tiny… powerless.

Images flash—

Then realization hits.

He hears the steady heartbeat of the woman holding him.

Warmth.

A peaceful room.

Sunlight filters through curtains.

The baby lies in a cradle.

His eyes… sharper now.

Observing.

Learning.

NARRATOR (V.O.)

His mind carried the weight of a broken man.

MC (V.O.)

“…I remember everything…”

He stares at his small hands.

MC (V.O.)

“…Every mistake… every regret…”

His expression—unusually serious for a baby.

MC (V.O., determined)

“…I won’t live like that again.”

[SCENE – NIGHT]

The baby looks up at the stars through a window.

Quiet. Calm.

MC (V.O.)

“If this is truly another chance…”

A faint smile forms.

MC (V.O.)

“…Then I’ll do it right this time.”

[FINAL SHOT]

The camera slowly zooms out from the window.

Stars shining bright in the vast sky.
