THE POWER I FEAR
Panel 1 — The Battle Begins
The training ground had become a battlefield.
Buildings were damaged.
The academy’s magical barriers flickered.
Students were being evacuated by the instructors.
In the middle of the chaos stood Adryan, Kael, and Elara.
Opposite them…
The masked man slowly raised his hand.
Masked Man:
“Show me, Adryan.”
A dark aura surrounded him.
Masked Man:
“Show me the power that your father tried so desperately to hide.”
Adryan clenched his fist.
Adryan:
“You don’t know anything about my father.”
The masked man smiled.

The enemy swung his sword.
Before it could hit—
CLANG!
Elara blocked it with her magical barrier.

“Kael!”
Kael looked back.
Kael:
“Thanks!”
Elara smiled.
Elara:
“Don’t make me regret it.”
Kael laughed.
Kael:
“No promises!”

The masked man disappeared.
WHOOSH!
Adryan’s eyes moved.
He turned around.
CLANG!
He blocked a punch.

Adryan looked at his arm.

The masked man appeared in front of him.
Masked Man:
“You’ve grown.”
Adryan frowned.
Adryan:
“You’ve fought me before?”
The masked man smiled.
Masked Man:
“Not you.”
He raised his hand.
Masked Man:
“Your father.”

Adryan remembered his childhood.

His father, Qayyum, standing in front of him.

His expression became serious.
Qayyum:
“You must never use that power unless you have no other choice.”

The masked man was standing before him.

Adryan’s expression became cold.

He smiled.
Masked Man:
“…you’ll become exactly like your father.”
Adryan’s aura suddenly exploded.
BOOOOOOM!
The ground beneath him shattered.
Kael looked over.
Kael:
“Adryan!”
Elara felt the pressure.
Elara:
“His power…”
Adryan’s eyes became completely black.

The masked man attacked.
Adryan didn’t move.
The man’s fist stopped inches from his face.
A black aura surrounded Adryan.
Masked Man:
“What…?”
Adryan slowly raised his hand.
Adryan:
“You wanted to see it?”
The space around his hand began to distort.
Adryan:
“Then look carefully.”
A black sphere formed in his palm.
The masked man’s expression changed.
For the first time…
He looked afraid.
Masked Man:
“No…”
Adryan whispered—
Adryan:
“Destruction.”
BOOOOOOOOOOM!
A massive shockwave exploded across the battlefield.

The dust slowly disappeared.
The enemy soldiers were gone.
The training ground was silent.
The masked man was kneeling on the ground.
His cloak was torn.
His mask was cracked.
Adryan stood several meters away.
But something was wrong.
The black aura around him continued growing.
Kael noticed.
Kael:
“Adryan…”
Elara stepped forward.
Elara:
“Stop.”
Adryan didn’t respond.
The ground around him began disappearing.
Not breaking.
Not burning.
Disappearing.
Elara’s eyes widened.
Elara:
“Adryan!”
She grabbed his hand.
The black aura suddenly stopped.
Adryan looked at her.
His eyes slowly returned to normal.
Adryan:
“…Elara?”
She looked directly into his eyes.
Elara:
“Come back.”
Adryan froze.
Then he lowered his head.
Adryan:
“I almost…”
He looked at his hand.
Adryan:
“I almost lost control.”

Panel 8 — The Enemy’s Last Words
The masked man struggled to stand.
He laughed.
Masked Man:
“Now I understand.”
Adryan looked at him.
Masked Man:
“Your power really has awakened.”
He disappeared into a dark portal.
Before leaving, he said—
Masked Man:
“Tell your father…”
Adryan’s expression changed.
Masked Man:
“The War of Qawwiy is beginning again.”
The portal disappeared.
Silence returned to Solaris.

The academy was badly damaged.
Students were safe, but many were shocked by what had happened.
Adryan sat alone on the edge of the training ground.
Kael approached him.
He sat beside him.
Neither spoke for a while.
Finally—
Kael:

Adryan looked at him.
Kael:
“You’re actually some kind of super powerful prince.”
Adryan sighed.
Adryan:
“Apparently.”
Kael laughed.
Kael:
“That’s pretty cool.”
Adryan stared at him.
Adryan:
“You’re not scared?”
Kael shook his head.
Kael:
“No.”
He smiled.
Kael:
“You’re still the guy who stole my lunch yesterday.”
Adryan blinked.
Adryan:
“You stole mine first.”
Kael laughed.
Adryan smiled.
For a moment…
The chaos around them disappeared.
And Adryan realized something.
He had spent his entire life trying to hide his identity.
But maybe…
He didn’t have to face everything alone anymore.

Far away…
Qayyum stood before a massive window.
A messenger knelt behind him.
Messenger:
“Your Majesty…”
Qayyum turned around.
Messenger:
“The enemy has confirmed Adryan’s identity.”
Qayyum remained silent.
Messenger:
“The Seven Kingdoms will soon learn that the Qawwiy heir has awakened.”
Qayyum closed his eyes.
Qayyum:
“Then…”
He opened his eyes.
His expression became terrifyingly calm.
Qayyum:
“It’s time for the Qawwiy Family to move.”
Outside the palace…
Thousands of soldiers began preparing.
The era of peace was coming to an end.
And at the center of it all…
Was a young man who only wanted to live an ordinary life.
