Mommy! Can u help me with the school project? asked my sweet 10 years old daughter Kathleen.

"Yes" honey, what is it about, i asked?

Mrs. Smith, asked us to submit stories about old things, and i think mommy is old.

"Heh Heh", giggled Neil, staring at his phone.

Oh! u wanna laugh!,i glared at him, who now glanced sideways.

Why don't u ask daddy? He's older than me and good at collecting old stuffs, i told Kathleen and 'smirked' at Neil.

Kathleen's eyes turned towards Neil, who was busy scrolling down his phone.

She was waiting for him to respond but he was busy looking at white screen of the phone.

Almost teary eyed upon ignored Kathleen said "i hate u daddy",and stormed into her room.

Neil, realising what just happened followed into her room, Following with "im sorry sweetheart, daddy is a bad person, i promise i won't do it again".

Promise? asked Kathleen glancing at neil, who was trying hard to convince her.

"Yes", i promise, replied Neil, relieved!

How about i help u with the project sweetheart? i know just the perfect story and im working on it too, asked Neil.

I walked in the kitchen and continued baking, when they both began to giggle hard.

I wondered what they were talking about? ,i was a little curious so i walked inside the room with cookies i just baked.

"Yeah, cookies! cheered Kathleen joyously.

Mommy! ,daddy said he will help me with the project and he will also write about it like me, "He He", she chuckled happily.

We looked at our daughter, rolling her head ready to sleep, we both chuckled.

After having her fill, Kathleen fell asleep between Neil's arm, who was stroking her hair gently.

Her hair is similar to ur's exclaimed, Neil, staring at me.

He then put Kathleen to side of bed and tucked a blanket over her.

I said she has ur eyes, to which he replied; she will became pretty as u.

"Aw! how sweet" ,I came forward and gave him a kiss in the cheek and was about to walk out with face blushed, when he held my hands and pulled me towards him.

"Stop", honey ,she will wake up i whispered.

He stared at me lovingly holding my hands.

You have changed so much, he said.

I was a little confused, so i asked how so?

He replied, u used to be cold and stern, now u r calmer and laid back.

Why do u not like it? i asked.

No, i was just worried u won't be able to relax urself if u were like back then but im happy u r more relaxed now.

Do u remeber the first day we met? he asked.

"Hm," i was sitting alone in the school park bench, when u came to look for a place to sit, i replied.

U were so fixated on sitting there alone, and i was fighting to sit only there because it held a special memory for me , he told.

It was so funny how u wanted to buy the bench from me, "HeHe", he giggled.

Don't make fun of me, i pouted.

"HeHe", he giggled again.

But im happy , i only sat there or i would may have never met u ,he said.

"Aww, his smile is still so cute , i wanna kiss him ", when he suddenly pulled me closer and gave a gentle kiss on lips.

"Eehh", did u read my mind? i blushed, Maybe? he replied.

"Ah", all those memories flashed back on the time when we had our first kiss and when we we ran away from goons chasing us, those memories were so perfect and so beautiful.

"Ouch", he said, when i realised i was biting his neck and drooling over his collar bones.

"HeHe", i grinned and walked out, when he called and said "i love u."

I smiled but did not reply and went to do the dishes.

"I think i should wear the black nightgown tonight".
