Everytime I read Liya's thoughts, I don't know why just tears instantly well up in my eyes...she has gone through a lot of pain and that is the reason why she is cold to everyone. And nobody understands her, everyone thinks that she is being cold for no reason....but they'll definitely feel bad once they know what she has gone through, we shouldn't judge someone before knowing about them completely...thats what Jungkook is doing now, he doesn't even know her past yet he is saying that she is being like this for no reason.
