Well I don't know how to help a friend in such a situation but one thing I know is that don't give advice....You might want to help by offering advice, like getting more exercise or eating a healthy diet. But even if it's good advice, your friend may not want to hear it at the moment.... Letting your friend know that you do care about them and that you are sorry for what they are going through is more than enough. Just keep talking to them and comforting them... IDK if I'm correct or not 😅but hope your friend will be fine soon!💜

I think your friend needs some time I mean she needs time for herself and should stop thinking about circumstances or situation or about seeking validations for herself , tell her that " See quitting is never an option but if you feel tired , unloved and restless you can just pause these feelings for a while , and what about you you're thinking what others think about yourself but what matters the most is what you think about yourself so pause seeking from others and try to give time to yourself by thinking about the idea of loving yourself first " I know some people sometimes have gone through a lot that they stop expecting from life , But tell her that if you don't know what hurt feels like you'll never know the importance of a blessing and trust if the situations are though now they aren't sufficient to break you still , Have faith in yourself , Don't feel like no one loves you just cheer up and say there's no need for someone to love you and that you're sufficient alone also it's very important to make her feel there's someone she can approach to talk to , Also if needed pls tell her there are many people orphan or many people going through life ending diseases but they still do live and laugh so why can't you ?!
And author you're a very nice person you think too much about people , but like already mentioned in another comment also take care of yourself , and if you need to talk u always have us , love love !! 💝

Just let your friend know that you're there for them. And your friend may want to talk about what they feel, but they might not want advice....just try to be a good listener and listen to what their problems are. In my opinion, just letting them know that you still care for them is enough, but if you wanna help with something else then ask them what they're feeling. Ask questions to get more information instead of assuming you understand what they mean. Your friend may not feel like talking the first time you ask, so it can help to continue telling them you care. Keep asking open questions (without being pushy) and expressing your concern. Also ask how you can support them without presuming you know what's best for them.
Also take care of your too! Don't drop everything to be by your friend's side and support them. It's not wrong to want to help a friend but it's also important to take care of your health!
