Chapter 3.

Five years later.

Walaa was sitting in her office with a cup of coffee and some files in her hand.She was checking out the new renovations to be done in the office.That is when a call came in.

"Hello Ms.CEO.How are you??",The other sider spoke.

"Good and bad, not so great though".Walaa replied.

"So,how are you Brittany?",she continued .

"I am fine .Just like you.Not so great,I have just started to date some five months ago.Pretty funny isn't it.He is three years younger than me though.",Brittany was laughing.

Walaa was rotating a block by her hands while talking. There was no emotion in her face though.

"Are you really fine Walaa??",Brittany asked suddenly.

"Why not??I can cope up with the CEO position now much better than before.And I have got great supporting assistants and workers here.My buisness plans are going on well.I am fine.....",her voice was getting heavy.

"Are you happy Walaa??That is what matters the most.You care about everyone around you but you forget to care about yourself....",Brittany felt pity.

And Walaa could keep it no more.She burst out in tears.

"I don't know what to do....I miss Angela so much.If I had been there in her place,probably the company would have been much better. She was much more proficient and excellent than me in this field. She deserved to live because she....she was a hope which I lived for.I miss her.I miss her so much",Walaa controlled her emotion.Her voice became heavy after crying.

"We all are missing her.Probably it was her fate to die this early.But wherever she is, I hope she is fine and in peace.She believed in you Walaa so you have to carry her legacy.Just complete her last wish.And sort out your feelings.I have been seeing you and Angela for ten years.But what relationship you share with Angela is irreplaceable, even I can't compare to it",Brittany was getting a little emotional.

"Maybe you are right.But I feel so drained and tired. I feel so empty without her.We shared something more than friendship....Sisterhood",Walaa replied abruptly.

"Why don't you take a break.You had been ruling the AWB empire for five years and handling everything by an iron fist.You also need to have a life,romance ,children and care to sooth your dry heart. How long had it been since you dated or loved a guy??",Brittany said.

This took Walaa by surprise.She was not always so serious and workaholic. Probably in some point,she was jealous and angry on Angela too.She thought herself as the principal reason for Angela's death.She felt guilt and remorse within her heart.

"Can we talk later Brittany??",she was a little lost.

She cut the call abruptly.

She took a photo by her hand.It was Angela's photo.She looked so graceful and motherly in that.She started to think something
