Chapter 4.

~Walaa's POV~

Thirteen Years ago:

Walaa was sitting in the balcony drinking coffee when suddenly Angela came inside the room.She was in a loose attire continuously yawning.

"You again pulled an all nighter yesterday Walaa?Mom told you not to.",Angela was genuinely angry.

It had been two years since Walaa's mother xixi died.The day Walaa returned from the Sphinx with Angela,she found her mother dead in the basement of the apartment murdered in cold blood. She was shocked.

After her mother's post mortem and other official works,she was adopted by Angela's family.They were a kind one and always shared the same love they gave to Angela.In a few months,she became an inseparable part of the family.

Walaa was meticulous.She would study hard and guide Angela.Days have went since she would be awake whole night drinking mugs of coffee to study.

*Back to present*

"How much coffee you are going to drink Walaa??Seriously.. are you trying to kill yourself??"Angela was pissed off.Even though she slept a whole night,she was yawning.

"I am not so free like you Angie.",Walaa sighed a little and continued gazing at the foggy greens by her window.

"The meadow is pretty isn't it?It is just like you, lovely and soothing......",Walaa broke the silence between them.

"You really butter me up too much.But it is much more livelier after you came.Dad and mom have become much more closer.It is a good sign.You are our lucky charm you know??"

Suddenly there was a sound.

"Walaa Nur,Angela Davis!!Are you both coming down for breakfast not??",Angela's mom threatened them.

And now both of them were shivering.

"Mom is angry.And now she is sharpening the knives to kill us.",Angela was so scared that if it had made her pee in her pants.

Walaa nodded to say no.

"Do you really want to die, Walaa. I still love my life though.Come for breakfast please.",Angela was shivering in fear.

It was too late.Mrs Davis came up with the non stick pan in her hand that she just used to make the pan cakes.

"Are you both coming down for breakfast??",She was scary as hell.

"Yes!!!!!!Yes.....I am going",Angela skittered away.

"Walaa Nur!!Are you coming??",She scared Walaa now.Walaa was shivering and sweating out of fear.

They go down to the breakfast table.

"Good morning Walaa.Have you slept well??",Angela's father asked.He supported Walaa because of her meticulous work.

"Actually Walaa again pulled an all nighter yesterday.Sorry I told her not to but she took at least three mugs of coffee to do so.Excess caffeine is not good for her health. But she does not listen to me at all." Angela complained.

"So much coffee is not good for you Walaa.It is bad for your health. "Mr Davis replied.

"Overprotective parents!!",Walaa thought by herself.
