CHAPTER 2

Time past by and it’s already lunch break. Clifford, Andrew, Glen & Frank went to get change. Instead of taking their lunch, they decided to play basketball.

“Pass it here!” Glen said

Andrew deligently passed the ball to him.

There are groups of girls watching them over the classroom window.

“Clifford really looks so hot!” said one of the girls in yellow hair, Sha.

“Girl, he’s out of your reach.” Cami responded, the girl with a golden brown hair.

“What do you mean?” she answered back.

“Don’t you know? He’s one of the candidate heir of D.A Technologies & Co.” Cami replied.

“Wow! He’s really down to earth. Who would have known?” said Sha.

“Only you would not know! Haven’t you seen him getting off a Bugatti?” Cami then looked at her with a confused look.

“What?!” her eyes widened.

“Are you seriously kidding me?! He’s that rich?!” she added.

“What? You really haven’t seen him get off?” Cami asked.

“No!” she almost shouted.

Sarah, who’s sitting just a meter away from them heard it all.

“Oh, okay. So what if he’s rich? How does that mean he’s out of reach? We breath the same air.” she said to her self.

“What are you talking about?” Danielle replied.

“What?”

“What? What?” Danielle confusedly responded Sarah.

“Nothing” she said.

“What’s wrong with you?” Danielle looked at her, confused.

“Nothing. Just some stuffs.” she replied and looked at Clifford and his friends standing on the side of the court talking.

Yea. He’s really hot.she said on her mind then smiled.

On the other hand, Clifford and his friends we’re talking on the side of the court.

“Keep trying impressing Dani, Frank.” Andrew said.

“What are you talking about?” he asked confusedly.

“Who’s impressing who?” Clifford asked as if he does not know anything at all.

“Oh, just this guy and that girl.” Andrew teasingly said.

“I don’t know what you are talking about. I’m out!” Frank said and went out of the court.

Clifford on the other hand chuckled with Andrew and Glen while he was wiping his sweat off using his shirt then Sha came.

“Ford, here’s a towel for you.” she said while smiling.

“Ah. Thank you....???” he said while trying to recall the name of the girl.

“Sha. The name is Sha. We’re from the same class.” she responded brightly.

“Oh, okay.” Clifford responded dryly

“Hello Sha, I’m Glen and this is Andrew.” Glen introduced himself as he noticed Clifford getting uninterested with the girl.

“Yes!” she clapped her hand.

“I know both of you of course! Who wouldn’t know the 3 Heirs.” she added.

“Sorry, I’ll go first” Clifford said and walked away.

“Hey!” Glen shouted.

“Where are you going? Ford!” he added.

But Clifford seemed not to hear him and continued walking away.

“I’m sorry, we’ll go get changed. See you at the classroom.” Andrew said to Sha.

Without letting Sha reply, Andrew and Glen followed Clifford.

When they reached the P.E Room, Clifford already finished changing.

“Hey? Why leave?” Glen asked.

“Is there a reason for me to stay tho?” Clifford innocently asked.

“I don’t mean that way.” Glen replied.

“I’m just trying to hurry to change because class is about to start.” Clifford responded.

“Can’t you see it? He’s not interested on that girl.” Andrew said as he put his polo on.

Clifford just shrug, picked up his bag and walked back to the room.

When he went back, he saw Sarah and a guy talking in front of the classroom door.

“I’m sorry, I really can’t” she said while looking at the guy straight in the eyes.

“Please, just take this.” He looked and pleaded to her.

“If I take it, it means that I agree to it.” she responded.

Clifford was still standing there looking at the two of them. Cannot find a way to interrupt the two talking.

What are they talking about?he asked to himself.
