Chapter 1

*Jin**nu*'s P.O.V.:

"That was terrific! My child.", applauded Hannah, my grandma.

"Thanks grandma, but I think I still need to improve a bit." I sighed.

It was around after a whole decade that Jinnu could start playing pipa. She was turning 17 the very next week and she had to perform a pipa concert with the other six ladies of "Imperial Blossoms", who were the most well known musicians that time.

"I must find I way to impress them no matter what!"

Yes, I'm turning 26 this year. I had been playing pipa since I was just 6 y/o but had to stop when my hands got poisoned through an accident when I was just 16 and, now, I, Jinnu, 25 y/o recovered my hands just a month ago and I have only one aim in my eyes now, i.e. to be one of the "Imperial Blossoms".

They can have only 7 Blossoms every 10 decades and now, they have 6!!

I must get to be one of them before it's all just too late or I'll never be able to rest in peace when I die!!

"See dear, grandma knows my Jinnu has been putting in too much hardwork in pipa practice but remember to take care of yourself too. Grandma will be leaving for the South Temple for a month tomorrow and hence, won't be able to see my Jinnu's performance. Grandma wishes Jinnu best of all the lucks on earth to Jinnu. I hope I'll see my Jinnu standing on the stage with the other six ladies when grandma comes back."

"Yes, Grandma. Jinnu won't disappoint grandma."

Next morning, Grandma left for the South Temple and now I only had my pipa to accompany me for a month. I still kept on wondering if that "Man" who showed up a month ago and healed my hands would ever appear again or not....

Why would he heal me?! Why would he amsay sorry to me?! Why would he say that it was due to his fault that my hands got poisoned?! Why would he protect me in secret but makes me feel lonely all this while?! Why would my hands refuse to obey me and keeps on playing romantic songs for that man?! Just..... WHY?!!!!!
