Episode 3 - caught

Suzuki’s POV

I stood there, frozen in fear as I had a hand covering my mouth. The hand was warm and so was the person behind me, I had thought about who it was, but I didn’t want to believe it.

I was spun around so I faced him.

It was indeed him, Kaname Tetsurou.

I felt so safe in his arms, despite the situation.

He looked me in the eyes and caressed my check.

I got lost In this sensation, it was like it was only the two of us in the whole world.

Then something I haven’t expected happened, he pulled me into a hug, his arms were wrapped tightly around me, engulfing me In his warmth while his hand caressed my head. My face touched his chest and I could hear his heartbeat.

He whispered something in my ear, that sent chills down my spine.

“Come with me, darling”

His voice was so deep and powerful, I couldn’t do anything but nod.

As we walked through the empty ally, I only looked at him.

His piercing red eyes, his soft looking straight black hair, his calm demeanor and his clothes.

He wore white silky pants, that looked like it was a part of a tuxedo, but he had a well done and tucked in long sleeved black shirt. And silver earrings.

At the end of the ally there was no paparazzi, only a black expensive looking car. A well dressed man in a suit opened the door for us and waited for us to enter before closing the door and taking the drivers seat.

I looked around in this luxurious car, the seats were made out of leather, a beautiful beige color.

I looked out the rear window and was amazed at how beautiful the city life looked.

Suddenly I realized the intense feeling of being watched, I knew that it had been there for sometime, most likely since I’ve entered the car.

And I knew who caused it, i nervously turned around with my eyes fixed on him. Just as I thought, his piercing eyes looked at me calmly, waiting for me to make my next move.

He had been watching me since I’ve entered the car.

We held eye contact the rest of the ride, I felt scared to even move, not because he could kill me, I knew he could but it wasn’t because of that, I was scared to move because of the way he looked at me.

He looked at me like a prey, every move I made would get his immediate attention.

Suddenly the car came to a halt, it broke our eye contact as I looked out the window. But his intense gaze didn’t flinch an inch away from me.

The door opened revealing the driver, he stepped to the side letting Kaname get out of the car.

I was still a little confused about it all and it didn’t help, when the driver closed the door after only he got out, but before I could take action, the door to my left opened revealing a very tall figure, I’m 5’10 but he was towering me.

I knew very well who that was.

Kaname opened the door for me and reached his gloved hand out for me to grab, I took it and instantly felt his warmth through his gloved hand, I didn’t want to let go, in fact I wanted to hug him and feel more of this...warmth.

I heated up just thinking about it.

Kaname tightened his hold on my hand and closed his eyes for a moment, his tightened hold, it didn’t hurt.

When he opened his eyes, he was looking at me, but not for long as he soon started walking, his other gloved hand was in his pocket.

I looked around and my jaw dropped, we were ants compared to this place!

The huge mansion or castle was beautiful, and I looked up at my mate, but he seemed unbothered.

Of course he’s unbothered! It’s his home! He must’ve seen it a thousand times! Baka!

As we approached the massive door to the even bigger....home? I noticed that people was coming out of it, they were maids. They all looked at him in admiration, ignoring me completely.

Well I never had an outstanding presence anyway and they looked at him like other women did, including me. He was extremely attractive after all.

He stopped in front of them and said in tha calmest demeanor ever

“This is the lady of the house, I expect you all to ****respect her”

Wait...what? The lady of the house!? A house like this!? I just arrived!

That’s when all the attention turned to me, they all looked at me in disgust and some started whispering.

“I just thought the she was like any other slut that master brings home”

“Did she manipulate him into this?”

“What a slut”

*“Is she really the new lady? She doesn’t even look like a normal woman!*”

The words were nothing new, I had always heard those words thrown at me.

I released my grip on his hand and instead moved behind his back and hid, but it only seemed to make it worse.

“Look at her, she’s hiding!”

“The lady of the Tetsurou manor is hiding!?”

“That’s not a lady!”

“We’re expected to respect her!?”

“The lady of the Tetsurou manor should be strong willed and mannered!”

“Ms. Quin fits better! She should be here! She should be the lady of the Tetsurou manor!”

Is it too late to flee?

Then it hit me, Ms. Quin...

Like Akane Quin!? She’s the second child of Mr and Madam Quin! The Quin family is powerful! With not only powerful powers but also political powers too and CEO’s running in their family!

She was also rumored to be Kaname secret girlfriend, wife, soulmate, mistress and even the mother of his unborn child!

I really wanted to go home now, i didn’t want to be in a house with people like them roaming around.

“Enough!”

A single word stopped time, his eyes were dark, his voice was deep and powerful, he had no bad temper but he sounded pissed, his dark eyes and aura held danger and anger, but his posture and facial expression was calm.

“We’ll just live in another manor if no one is willing to respect my woman”

The color from people’s faced disappeared, they had just realized that they had crossed the line. I knew that the relationship between Ms. Quin and Mr. Tetsurou was tough.

They didn’t need to compare me, a poor woman to a rich and confident woman like Ms. Quin, I had no chance.

“Master Tetsurou! Please don’t! We’re very sorry!” One of the women said in pure panic

Just then a black tentacle with a purple highlight came out of a black hole with purple highlight and slapped the woman who spoke up, across the face.

Gasps were heard, I was no expectation. The woman quickly took herself together and bowed to him saying:

“I deserved it master!”

“Yes you did” he said calmly

“But I’m not the one you should be apologizing to, and you shouldn’t be the only one” he continued on

“The punishment will be worse if one of you disrespects my woman again” he finished

Now the attention was on me yet again.

Then suddenly the maids bowed to me and yelled

“Please forgive us m’lady! We are terribly sorry! If this happens again please punish us!”

They said it in perfect union, they must’ve been trained

Or this isn’t the first time this happens

I sweat dropped at the thought

“It-it’s okay!” I said with a nervous smile

The women looked at me in pure shock

Was they not used to this or?

Kaname looked at me in an unreadable expression but nevertheless, he took my hand and guided me indside his huge home.

He looked at his maids one more time and said:

“Dismissed” before leaving them once and for all.

The maids hurried into their former positions and acted like nothing ever happened.
