At a high school in Japan, Haruki Aizawa is known as the school’s top archer and one of the brightest students in his year. Quiet, distant, and always alone, Haruki has spent most of his high school life as the “lone wolf” everyone knows but nobody truly understands. Everything begins to change when Ren Tachibana, a charismatic and outgoing student loved by almost everyone suddenly joins the nearly abandoned archery club after the coach starts recruiting new members. What starts as simple curiosity slowly turns into something more as Ren learns archery from Haruki day by day.
Despite being complete opposites, the two become inseparable. They share secrets no one else knows, spend countless afternoons together, and slowly become each other’s only safe place. For the first time in his life, Haruki begins to believe that maybe he doesn’t have to be alone forever.
