Episode 5 "Consequence part 2"

2 am.

It's been hours since I tried to get some sleep, but my eyes just won't get a rest. Something keeps bothering me.. Is it my laundry? Am I Hungry? Or is it because of what Rissaria had told me earlier?

"Ahhhh! This is insane!" I rolled off my bed and vent on my pillow. Everyone has fallen asleep but me.

Maria, Maria, Maria! You can't be like this, Your not desperate enough to consider online dating. I told myself while messing with my hair, then a sudden thought made me realize something. And besides.. It hurts like burn when you got your heart broke, and now here you are again... I shook my head and tossed my phone beneath the pillow

"No, not again, never!"

Eyes closed and finally starting to feel sleepy..

A familiar bridge appear in front of me, a soft rain started to fall in the middle of the night and my feet began to walk, the path I'm taking seemed familiar, I knew I've been here before. The more I proceed, the darker it gets and the only sound I hear is my footsteps and the soft rain slowly getting a little heavy, I took a few more steps further but before I reached halfway of the bridge, I heard someone running from behind towards me and grab my arms forcing me to face the other way. Suddenly, the rain poured out and I barely see the person in front whose trying to say something, his grasp loosened when I said I'm sorry. Didn't even know why In the world did I say sorry out of the blue. My vision was a bit blur but as the rain continue to fall, the person spoke.. Didn't I told you that I don't love you anymore?.. The words that took me years to forget made his image clear. It was him, it's the same place and the same words from the same person. I wanted to tell him something but words won't come out, and even the slightest of my limbs won't move. He began to walk away, leaving me on that same bridge cold and alone..

Time to let, time let it, time to let beat drop baby Imma let you know.. 🎶

I woke up from the loud tune I heard beneath my pillow and grabbed my phone half asleep.

Incoming call 📞- Rissaria

"Wakey, wakey!"

her usually high pitch voice made me flinch, it's been a year since she made it a habit to wake me up early in the morning during days off.

"Can I pass today pleaseee?" I pleaded.

"Of course.. NOT!" she flatly declined

"I couldn't sleep much last night, I don't have energy to do exercise today okay, byeee" I hung up the phone and tried to get back to sleep, but not even 10 seconds long my phone rang again. I groaned and buried my face on a pillow, I knew she won't stop and this is going to be a tiring day.

8 am

- Fitness gym -

"Oh gosh! - I can't.. Whew!.. I, - I can't do this anymore" I sat on the floor sweat all over me from a 20 min run on a treadmill. I grabbed the bottled water from Risass' hand and finished almost half of it. Since it's Friday, there's only a few people in the gym today, but we're the only females at sight, the rest are males without their shirts on, and my loud complaints for being exhausted got their attention, I heard a few who chuckled and one of em' on a tight tank top even cheered up on me

*embarrassed *

I slightly turned the other way after I showed a sheepish smile and sat still on the gym floor like a tomboy. Rissaria laughed at me when I threw her a sharp glance while she proceeds on her butt exercise, she eventually gave up after she saw me looking so Embarrassed and annoyed. I got up and pleaded her to take a rest and sat on a resting bench. I fixed my hair currently on a loose bun while she wipe her sweats. I took my phone and did a time check when she suddenly grabbed it from my hand and did a random check.

"Where is it?" she asked.

"What?" *dumbfounded

"I told you to download a dating app!" she exclaimed.

"Sushh!" afraid to draw more attention I covered my head with the towel as I pat her loud mouth.

"Where is the app? I don't see it." she complained still strolling through my cell phone

"Huh? Ahh.." I murmured, and tried to get my phone back but she was so quick to run around the boxing ring. I tried to chase her with the towel still on my head covering half of my face, but I still feel pairs of eyes looking at us chasing one another. I had to give up and hurriedly walked back on the bench clenching my teeth. She remained on the other side of the ring for a moment and walk back with a strange smile pasted on her face.

"There you go.." she said handing out the phone back.

"What did you do with my phone****?" I asked.

Even before she answers I already saw what she have done.

"I did what needs to be done" *crossed arms feeling proud.

"What is this?" I asked, though I already know what it is.

"**It's a dating app duh!"

"Yea, I know it is a dating app but why'd have to install something like this on my phone? Really, I don't need this**." *long pressing the app bout' to uninstall**.

"Opps! No, no, no, no. Don't you dare uninstall the app or else I'll post and announce here right away that your single, and ready to mingle!" She whispered, mocking.

*threatened.

I was shooked and did not dare to proceed on what I'm about to do and rolled eyes signs of defeat. Rissaria sat beside me and started coaching beginning on the first step and that is to fill out the Bio. In which phase any user is required to type-in self introduction. The main point to attract opposite sex for online dating.

Rissaria attempted to fill out the Bio for me, which I did not allow him to do and defended the phone with my whole body shielding it. She couldn't believe I did it the silly way and put both of her hands up in the air, letting me do the filling of the Bio. I typed in things about me that will have a lesser chance to attract any body's attention.

"What have you typed in?" she curiously asked.

Though Rissaria was dying to know what I have typed in, the Bio remained private.
